Loved the location of this resort right in the middle of theqrkwt and a happening road, beach is hardly 400metres away, many indian restaurants near it and 7*11 supermarket just next to it, property is well maintained and convenient, stayed in a beach view room and loved the room size and amenities

Worst experience. Firstly the reception incharge staff did not smile did not greet and waited for me to say hello first even though i was smiling all the time. Not how thais behave. Thai people are more welcoming. Room was not ready upon arrival even though 2 pm was check in time. Had to wait 1 hr more meanwhile had to use gym washroom to freshen up. They gave me a room that was stinking stale food and fungus and could not bear the smell so i requested to them to kindly change the room and went off was getting late for is island trip(already one hr late because the room not ready) and made it clear to give me a fresh clean room as il be back by 6-7 pm and will be tired to change the room again. Evening when i came back the new room was ready but they downgraded the room to a very basic room with no sofa, no couch and the room was not fit to live with broken curtains, fluctuation cupboard lights, clocked and broken washbasin and few other issues(look like she did it intentionally) even though i had booked and had paid for a superior room with more facilities and bigger room the same receptionist told me earlier the room was what you booked and now only this is available. I was shocked because usually any 5/4 star chain hotels would either updgrade you or give you the best room in your category if they make a mistake and she was very happy to downgrade me no sorry at all. I reported it to multiple staff and was looking for the manager but no help. Night at 11 pm again i said its not the room that i chose for then they gave me a room almost midnight. It was a painful experience altogether and worst ive ever experienced in any 4/5 start hotel chains. Next day the manager called and wanted to upgrade me to a villa as they knew i faced a lot of problems as the room was broken and downgraded. I clearly denied saying i am here to stay for what i have paid for and i will write a review i dont want any extra service when you cannot just provide the basics. The lady is evil i can guarantee and must be downgraded as well by the property.

We recently stayed at avani resort for a family vacation and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is superb, which made exploring the city a breeze. We could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas, saving us time and money on transportation. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with enough space for our family to feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options that suited both adults and kids, which we appreciated. Overall, avani resort provided a convenient and comfortable base for our family trip. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to krabi.

Nice hotel near to beach, 200 metres, also bear to market and restaurants. It has a nice pool and another 2nd amazing infinity pool at 5 th floor too with best view of sea with standing rocks.

We had an excellent stay at avani. The staff was very courteous and went out of the way to help. The sea view from the infinity pool was a remarkable experience.

Lovely rooms. Courteous staff. Good breakfast. Property right in the centre of ao nang. Walking distance to the beach. 7/11, mc donalds are located below the hotel. Lot of restaurants, coffee shops, marijuana stores, bars, bike rentals available at walking discount

I could write a thousand words, but short is the property is huge and well built with great views of the sea but the staff on every end is just poor starting from the drop off lobby to recoetion to in room sevice

Avani ao nang is one of the good hotel in ao nang krabi, the best is their roof top swimming pool, the rooms are modern and maintained, staff is good, breakfast is good too

The hotel was overall very good ...however few staff behavior was not upto the mark ....we asked for additional bottles of water ( these are not sealed water bottles, but RO filled water ) ...they were asking to pay 🙄...which was not a good experience
