Brilliant hotel, located near everything in ao nang. In room dining was great and priced reasonably well. They need to upgrade their tv though.

Prime location with walking access to the ao nang beach and walking street. Food was okay, can be better with better options in indian vegetarian food. Rooms were good and spacious and the overall ambience and amenities were good.

Good property to stay, having free shuttle service to au nang beach from hotel. Staff is good. They allowed us to use washroom and shower with towels even after check out as we had done island tour.

in pictures its looks like big area property but its actually small. dont include breakfast because for indians its only eggs , bread n butter . swimming pool also not good . rooms also ok like any average hotel in krabi n phuket. not worth.

Food was spoiled one in the name of indian cuisine, better i suggest near by hotel than this property, they ask me to change the room which i was already checked in

Very beautiful resort. Good services and hospitality. The property has been maintained very well. Quite close to aao nang beach with good indian restaurants around. I will recommend this resort to all who are travel-ling with family. Value for money.

Good but needs improvements

Spa is good. Free shuttle to beacg. Pool needs better maintenance, lots of bees at buffet restaurant area. The ac temp cannot changed which feels too cold sometimes. Bathroom needs a better shower head as it only has a hand shower.

Reception was not so friendly. They wanted to check the rooms but they were taking time but we had to rush to the airport. Receptionist was arguing on the same though we had to be kept waiting for long. Not the proper way to communicating with guests

The staff was not co-operative at all, the room service was slow, nobody came to pick-up our luggage, no help for senior citizens for wheelchair, long walking areas (despite requesting well in advance)

Hotel location is good and hotel is also maintained clean and good but there staff behaviour is not correct and also there is no indian food they taking orders from those who want india food and purchasing from out side hotel's (street food) and serving this is very bad please try to check these two issues

Good one. Had a lot of fun in the resort. The hotel provides honeymoon suit like experience. We stayed in a pool access room. Had to say it's worth every penny

Poor treatment for indians

All indians are allocated in the last wing of the hotel. Jain breakfast comprises fried rice(seems jeera rice, grilled tomatoes, and pasta. Add a loo curry to make this vegetarian menu. And they are not even ready to listen to any request for even a child. Rude staff.

Ok ok experience, ac doesn’t work properly, breakfast is also ok ok not very good, you will get cold tea everytime.
