Stay was awesome, staff was good, swimming pool was excellent and big, pool bar was little costly, resort ambience was perfect and room was perfect. Restaurant breakfast was good but they must include some indian food as lots of indians come over there.

Disappointing experience at hula hula resort. I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, the hospitality was subpar. The reception staff struggled to understand english, which made communication challenging. Upon arrival at 2:25 pm, we were told to wait until the 3:00 pm check-in time, despite the rooms being ready. The staff seemed disorganized, and it took multiple reminders to finally receive our room key at 3:00 pm. To make matters worse, when we requested an extra bed for our room, which was booked for three people, the day staff promised to arrange it. However, the evening staff claimed it was unavailable. The language barrier was significant, with none of the staff able to understand english beyond a basic level. As a result, i would not recommend this resort to foreigners. Sadly, this was the worst hospitality experience during our six stays in thailand.

It was a pleasant stay, the food was okay and swimming was good. I liked the shuttle bus they had for us to travel from resort to ao nang beach

Peaceful location, ao nang beach 5 minutes drive, friendly staff, good room indian restaurant nearby, limited choice of breakfast overall better hotel.

Terrible Stay

The hotel is horrible, no service. The two ladies running the restraint consider themself over smart. They wouldn't refill the stuff during breakfast time and feel they have saved a lot. Broom e service is horrible. They will not pick up your phone. After three reminders for water bottle i have to stand in the lobby to get it.

Good property but we poor staff they were highly understaffed and all of them were rude and no indian food options available in breakfast and when ordered food from restaurant it was under-cooked rest room was good also they didn't check booking which was for more days and locked us out and forced us to sit out for hour and treated us as someone who runs away without paying meanwhile everything was paid

No indian food available and even after requesting they dont offer but still they mention that they have continental, thai and asian cuisine but do not offer indian food. It will be a very big problem

Crockeoches and lizards on the bed and curtains everywhere in the room. The staffs are mean. My kids were scared of sleeping on bed. They charged 300 baht for lost key, that was plastic which hotels issued more than two. They will not discount you for anything that happened to you in the hotel rather they will come and fight with you.

The hotel is 5-10 min distances from main market and can be reached by renting a scooter which is provided by shop just in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and common pool is large.

Travel-led with wife from india and stayed for 3 nights. Room with pool access i booked and it was really a good choice. Housekeeping of room and resort are both excellent. A lot of greenery in hotel gives you very positive feeling. You should not book a room with street view. Book for pool view only. Best is pool access rooms those are at ground floor(8 rooms). If you want private pool there are two suites at little premium, they are also good. Main building has 64 rooms out of which 32 have pool view and 32 street view. Avoid street view rooms. Out of 32 pool view, 8 on ground floor has pool access from your balcony where we stayed. When you book room take option with breakfast as breakfast spread is good for vegetarian and non-veg both. It also include almost lunch spread which i have never seen anywhere. Housekeeping staff for our floor ms nana was too good. Travel operator palm was very good to assist in 7 island hopping trip. You have to bargain for best price of the trip you want to avail. Every 2 hours there is free shuttle service which takes you to market area and beach, although walking takes 10-15 minutes only. There is couple of minus points. If you reach early for check in they will not allow you rooms before 2 pm even if they are ready. You should be prepared to use swimming pool during waiting time. Breakfast time strictly closes at 10 am. Overall i recommend you the resort for aesthetic, close to beach, value for money and breakfast.

The staff is not helpful at all. And we ordered pool floating lunch which is quite expensive but they have us burnt food. I even took pictures to show them but they didn’t care that their foot was stale and burnt.
