KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence

We stayed in KTK for about a week. We had great time there. Would like elaborate the stay as under. Location KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence was very near to the central Pattaya road, where you will get many indian restaurants ha yak restaurant was our favourite. Rooms we actually had a royal stay in KTK, rooms were neat and clean, good air circulation, pleasant and positive ambiance. Amenities they have two swimming pools, sauna bath gym and tiny golf cart, also they have free shuttle service for nearby area. Staff and service staff is cooperative and provides good service.

Absolutely value for money. Limited options in breakfast for vegetarians. Location is good if one likes to be away from night life. Several 7/11 and family Mart within 5 mins walking distance. The best part is KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residences shuttle service - 24 hours to several places nearby, which helps save on tuk fare - which is usually atrocious. Indian restaurant also nearby, but we had not tried eating there. For Tours / transport - there is a small shop outside (left side) besides the KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence, (Mr. Prasert) - he is very nice and reasonable.

I personally liked the location of this KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence as all the places I wanted to go to was well within reach. The room given to us was also great, comfortable, cozy and well-maintained. Only thing I felt they can improve a bit us their breakfast buffet menu, since the food if you order separately comes out great but in the buffet there are less options. I had buffet for 2 days and for 1 day I order food from their restaurant which was really good. Overall I would rate my stay 4. 8 star.

The location of the KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence is a little away from main road but they have shuttle service 24 hrs and they will drop you at the nearest main road where you can get taxi or tuk-tuk for going anywhere. Breakfast was buffet and excellent. Lot of items were there for breakfast. Excellent KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence for stay. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. They have microwave, fridge, hot water kettle in the room. Highly satisfied with the KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence.

The KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence is good, value for money, but be sure to keep a caution whenever the room is cleaned, take a one-on-one check, because the staff will keep some things low, then you will have to pay about 10 times the money, 2 napkin room clean ones in my room do not keep it. Man also did not pay attention, at the time of check-out, cut out of more rupees for napkin, securities so be careful that cheating can happen to you.

Well we had experienced a very wonderful stay at KTK Royal Residence as this KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence is situated at good location, short drive to Pattaya beach, walking street and market. The rooms of KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence are very clean and well maintained. Hotel provide other activities like gym, golf, swimming pool and spa services without any additional cost. We have spent our 3 days there. Very satisfied...

Hotel is located in a remote area but free transportation is very convenient to go out but while return it's bit far from sharing transport. Clean, specious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is reasonably good and major plus point is timing up to 1 pm which is very good. I am very unhappy with the front desk reception as they shout at you when ever you approach them for any information. Overall it's OK.

We had booked a grand superior studio room for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay there. The KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence is at walk-able distance from market and Pattaya beach. Staff is professionally groomed and discipline. Room was neat and clean, everyday house keeping guys cleaned the room and provided additional complimentary stuffs. Overall I had a value for money deal.

The KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence is a value for money property. Rooms are spacious and clean. The main road is just a 5 minutes walk. The free shuttle is an added advantage. Supply of toiletries is random. Staff should be more friendly and smile more often. Overall it is worth staying.
The water pressure in the bathroom was below expectations.

Hotel can be easily accessible from Pattaya Bus Stop. You can ask any local shuttle driver for KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence, he will drop you @ 50 Bhat per person on KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence gate. Good location with very nice and clean room. Service was very nice, all KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence staff was very helpful and nice.

Room was very big with many facilities. But there was no bathtub in my room as shown on website. Location was at Pattaya city center, not far from beach (10-15 mins walk) but no sea view. Good breakfast with variety of foods (both Thai & international food). Price was quite cheap. Value for money for staying here !!! Recommended !!!

We loved our stay at KTK. The KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence was close to attractions and room was very spacious for family. The breakfast at the KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence was great. The Tuk service provided by the KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence was very helpful to visit nearby tourist attractions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay !!

Enjoyed our stay at the KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence. Rooms same as shown in the pictures. Helpful and smiling staff. Limited breakfast options for vegetarians. Close to Alcazar show and Beach Road. Overall value for money. Recommended

Location, service, room size, staff all awesome.

Good KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence apartment. However, it's almost 500 meters from the Main street, Soi 6.

I stayed 3 nights at the KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residences that was my 3rd stay in this KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence room was neat and clean KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence was very comparative breakfast was awesome I love this KTK Pattaya Hotel & Residence.

Hotel room are very good in deluxe and royal deluxe very good and very large area but standard room are good for prices camper and staff are so good I have grup booking in room and 1 person 1 room and extra guest are not required to money

Except location which is somewhere inside, everything about this condo was best. Very nice rooms, cleaned, all facilities available and good service. Worth for money. Best for families also but I was on a solo trip.

Awesome rooms, service and the hospitality .. We stayed there for 2 nights. We liked the room .. Its absolutely value for money .. Staff behaviour is awesome. They also have 24/7 pick up and drop facility which is very convenient to visit the beach.

But seriously need to upgrade to staff. To rude and strictly and unfriendly.

Rooms are big, airy, clean and nice location.

Hotel is little bit far from Beach Road. But you can take free shuttle and go.
No everything was superb. I felt more comfortable here. Will stay here again next time

I was extremely happy with my stay, the food was fabulous, the service exceptional, the beds comfy and the facilities more than adequate. All the staff I spoke with were helpful, friendly and very professional. A most comfortable stay!
