Nova Park Pattaya

Property is no doubt good. But staff remains a issue. People at reception are rude and non co-operative because of their limitations in english. Our rooms were booked in advance through MMT but they kept giving poor reasons that we all have booked through different vendors so they cannot give rooms on same floor. So they gave us 6 rooms all on different floors. Which was not the problem with the Thai people who checked in after us as we can See them all in groups on same floors. The housekeeping forgot to keep fresh towels in the room and in the evening when we realized the towels are missing, raised the issue with the fat guy at reception and as always he alleged that we may have taken the towels somewhere. Oh come on we are paying them hefty money and then they tell all this non sense. Now is the time Nova Park management should start thinking about training their staff on manners and courtesy.

Love the location of this place, far enough away from the madness but still close enough too. Room was nice and big, comp upgrade to a garden room, separate bedroom, living room/ kitchen and bathroom. Upside is the size, downside is it is tired looking and obviously hasn't had a re vamp in many years. AC was quiet enough, pillows rather too bulky for my taste, but the bed was comfortable. Shower average, not particularly clean, lots of stains on the glass screen. Gym is very basic, treadmill didn't work, and the free weights only go up to 10 kg. Pool was filthy and murky so didn't go in that. But all in all for just over 1000 thb per night not bad at all. Staff were nice. Lots of nice little local restaurants in the vicinity and an Irish pub attached to the Nova Park Pattaya.

It offers studio and 2 bedroom apartments. We had booked both. 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious with even a very big balcony. Living area is spacious with huge sofa and a 4 seater dining table along with a sufficient pantry with utensils and vessels. Studio is also enough for a couple or even an extra child. Beds are king size and comfortable. Pillows are extra thick, which I personally don't like, but some have preference for such pillows. Swimming pool is average. Rooms are becoming little old with time and furniture has aged and needs refurbishment. Overall, its not luxury, except for luxury of space, but value for money

I was in Pattaya on Oct'16 from 7th to 10th, it was an awesome experience saying at Nova Nova Park Pattaya. They are many branches of Nova Nova Park Pattayas, but I stayed at Nova Park, it's very near to all the happening places, 2 kms from Walking street, one tuk away or hire a bike and roam Pattaya. Hotel is good, it was very spacious, they have kitchen in every room. You get more than what you pay to this Nova Park Pattaya.. Pubs and massages are at the Nova Nova Park Pattaya ground floor. It was one of the best Nova Park Pattayas which I have stayed, Will recommend to everyone who visit Pattaya.

Nova Park Nova Park Pattaya excelled my expectation in terms of stay convenience, 1 Bed service room was more than what I expected at the price. Large bed room, separate living although small was there for evening entertainment. Super private, well connected, Family Mart and 7 Eleven close by is great help, has all the amenities one needs for party or quiet relaxation. Highly recommended.
Excellent stay amenities, courteous staff, convenience at stone throw distance and complimentary drop to beach road was Bonanza.

This is the second time I am staying in nova park Nova Park Pattaya. Nova park is more of a apart-Nova Park Pattaya. The 2 bedroom apartment is very good for a group 0f 3 - 4 adults. It is fully furnished with a kitchen. There is a 7 eleven situated close by. The swimming pool is nice & clean. All the staff are very good & very helpful. The housekeeping is also good. They also provide free drop to beach road at fixed timings. Will surely stay there again during my next visit to Pattaya.

Room was good Nova Park Pattaya with lovely staff. Its really helpful and always smiling face to everyone. Neat and clean swimming pool on the roof top. Everything is well maintained and neat and clean. Food was good. Early check in made easy for us. Thanks for all of nova express staff. I will definitely come again with my friends and love to visit here with my family. No Extra charge for ladies and have good massage I like Nova Park Pattaya amenities.

The location is bit far from walking street. Walking distance is nearly 20 mins. Beach is 5-6 mins from Nova Park Pattaya. Hotel restaurant is good with some good choices of menu. Rooms are excellent with all modern amenities. Hotel staffs are very polite and professional. Parking facility is also available inside Nova Park Pattaya property.

Nova Park Hotel is a great Hotel. Rooms are spacious, small kitchen with all utensils, big and clean bathroom. Pool view rooms. The pool is also great 7 am to 10 pm. There are three 7 eleven nearby the property and its 10 minutes drive to walking street. You can find Tuk Tuk from 5 minutes walk from the property. Nearby Indian restaurant too and laundry facility. Overall it was a great stay. Would recommend it 100%.

Hotel is bit away from hustle and bustle of city and is very quite place. Not only all utility shops are adjacent to Nova Park Pattaya gates, there are also many Indian restaurant nearby within 500 meter. Second road is 300 meters away. Room is spacious with big window and kitchen. Rooms are clean but bathroom is bit small. Overall worth for money.

I booked for 3 nights, its nice place to stay and staffs are very cooperative. The rooms are too spacious and having good facilities for cooking too though they provide basic utensils but it's really manageable. Basic room cleaning is providing everyday without asking. I would say overall facilities is too good compared money what we paid.

The price of the Nova Park Pattaya is decent (not too expensive nor cheap), in a 2 bedroom booking, you get 2 big bedrooms with bathrooms attached, a balcony, a big hall, and kitchen and everything furnished. Utensils, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop, crockery. The staff is very professional. The swimming pool is also good.

Very big hygienic and luxurious rooms, Nova Park Pattaya staff also very supportive, good swimming pool, very good by security point of view.

Property is very good, all facilities available in the room. There is a very bad odor in the room and bath rooms. Bathrooms needs renovation

The room is good all facilities like house keeping, AC, swimming pool are good condition the Nova Park Pattaya is around 1. 5km from main bus terminal &5 minutes walk from soi 6& Beach road. The Nova Park Pattaya staff is very friendly &co operative

I stayed here for 2days with my 1year old child. Had kitchen facilities and very comfortable Nova Park Pattaya. Have 7/11 store just nearby. Pool is also well maintained.

Everything is good. This is a serviced apartment. Very clean and highly maintained. Window has view of swimming pool. Room has fridge locker etc.

Place is good but intercom doesn't work and they don't have a tv working properly and no english channels, cause u need tv at times if u stay long time few movie or music channels but rest everything is good

It's been a great place to stay. Very kind and helping staff including Miss Ray and Mr. Arty. They know exactly the customer needs at any point of time. WiFi, Swimming Tank, Gym and other services are great with well maintained. Cleanliness is excellent.

We booked the Nova Park Pattaya for 3 day. The staff was very friendly and helpful in organising transfers and sightseeing packages. Ours was The one bedroom suites the AC was superb and so was the bed. Loved the stay. Completely awesome. Highly recommended.

Overall very satisfying stay rooms were clean and spacious. The only problem is the bathroom is not attached to the bedroom in the one-bedroom apt and also in one of the bedrooms in the 2 bedroom apt, no tea kettle or tea bags, no iron, so if one has these things it's a value for money Nova Park Pattaya.
