Hotel was on a perfect location with an awesome beach view. Rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was very polite. I would surely visit again.

3. This is quite old building and the essential toilet items not provided and they asked to buy from seven eleven super market. This is really a stupidity. Only advantage is this hotel nearby beach and walking street.

It is a perfect location. Near by 7eleven and Indian restaurants. Starbucks also very near. Perfect place for the money. Couples its OK but don't think so for family. Perfect location.

Everything is near by only. Walking street is also just at walk-able distance.
WiFi signal was little low. Other than that everything is fine. One of the Male worker was RUDE.

It was a good experience stay in AA hotel, value for money, clean room, best view, near to Pattaya beach, near to walking stree, staff is good, helpful, best hotel in lane, budget hotel, nice washroom with Bath tub, beach view from pool

The Hotel is Quite okay. It was not very good but the best part is it's next to the beach. It is a guest friendly hotel. Located exactly on the beach road. Next to nice restaurants and bars. Every thing is accessible. Market is all around the place. Near to the hotel is Pattaya Beach and coral islands are bunch of islands in the gulf of Pattaya almost 8 miles from the Pattaya beach.

The Location was very good but the hotel staff was very rude attitude and non cooperative, not well serviced, no clean rooms, very old property need to be renovated, AC are very slow, even no glass in the room for drinking the water, smelly and dirty towels are there in the room and the soap is as hard cannot melt with water, no proper lighting in the rooms.

Hotel is good only for it is location, I stay here almost in every 3 months because of ease access of beach, Swimming pool, public transport, Indian Food around, 7X11 is also there, many option for shopping. So if you are travelling alone or with friends can stay here, as per me this is not good for family as rooms are small for a family for 2Adults and 2 Children.
