Good experience but room doors are not working maximum time need to solve the issues. Room service is good and quality of rooms are good. Hotel needs to revert through mail as customers may have some special requests

There are no facilities and the manager has a very bad attitude and also charges extra money
a lot of extra money is charged after booking and breakfast is not even worth eating

A lot of extra money is charged after booking and breakfast is not even worth eating.
Even if we go to the manager for any kind of problem, we don't get any answer and talk nonsense. The nature of the manager is very bad.

spacious rooms
staff is good n helpful
terminal 21 mall is 10min walk cons
wasn't clean as expected but they later cleaned it next day
no indian breakfast options at all
no food anytime after breakfast water is given very less. No wifi working and no intercom working

Excellent experience, big rooms with kitchnet, the ambience of room is beautiful, staffs are very cooperative, kids area is beautiful and location wise perfect near pattaya beach and north pattaya bus turminal. Vedaas indian restaurant is just walking distance away with tasty veg food.

I stayed recently in this hotel, they given food coupon but they are not provide the food then how can we utilise the coupon and they don’t have restaurant for lunch and dinner. They are not answering calls some time they took to answer after 1 hr some time 2hrs also then i booked food through grab app and taken on time delivery better then this hotel service

Worth the money. Near terminal 21 mall. Good customer service. Excellent steam and sauna. Nice sea view balcony. Good swimming pool.
