i’ve stayed at four seasons place in pattaya countless times, and it has become my absolute go-to hotel. the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of pattaya, making it easy to access all the top attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. the rooms are always immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay is flawless. the amenities, including the pool and restaurant, never disappoint. i truly feel at home here, and it’s a place i always return to without hesitation. i wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in pattaya – four seasons place is simply the best!

We stayed in oct 12th to oct 16th. Nice big room and receptionist tau, she is very polite and humble. Near by indian restaurant and bike rent is available opp to this hotel. 2kms far from beach but nice area. (murali nagaarun)

If you want to spend your holidays staying in a hotel where you can have a room with the best facilities, a luxurious interior of the hotel and sit on the balcony with a wonderful view in the morning and evening calm, if you are alone or a family. Or if you want to stay at a good place with friends, then that place is four seasons. And excellent behavior from the hotel staff

Great! it is comfortable, cost location excellent 7/11, massage center affordable across the main road, (don't go to the nearby one it's not good) indian restaurant next to the massage. Staff very helpful specially pal at reception. He helped me with everything with a smile. Breakfast good for indians. Restaurant staff has an indian always ready to cook your choice. Room spacious with all needed for a comfortable stay. Prompt service coz had a problem with the safe and was fixed in 5 mins.. They don't have any(5000 bhath fine ) but u can smoke in the balcony so not a big issue. And the pool outdated so did not use it. Also there is no full size mirror in room so had to use one in front of the lift on ground floor while going out. The sweet staff makes up for these minuscule things so all good. Check in / out is very smooth. They charged me 1000 bhat for an early check in at 11 am which was fair. Motorbikes available just 100 mts from the hotel. Pleasent stay!

The hotel has revamped it's staff. Therefore, it's become very guest friendly. The food quality is also good. Housekeeping is thorough and everyone always has a smile on their face.

The room was extremely good. The bed was very comfortable. The whole suite was very pretty. I loved the breakfast with lots of fruits. The property and staff were english speaking and i loved my stay

Air conditioner was not working properly in my room. We were feeling warm even after 2-3 hours after check in. Very old fashioned bathroom without bath tub, temporary arrangement of shower curtain given feeling of a cheap hotel. Swimming pool area, tile chips found broken and were hurting the feet while swimming.

Very nice hotel. Don't go beyond the negative reviews. Hotel is old but the rooms are well maintained. Junior suit has kitchen with fridge oven stove, a separate living room and a spacious room with balcony. Location is in the city only. 7-11 is very near and other shops including massage. Swimming pool tiles are broken causing cuts to everyone. So be careful in swimming room. Rest all good. Food we didn't taste from hotel

The staff was friendly. The stay was very good. Rooms are clean also the only area for improvement is their breakfast menu. The items are very limited and almost same everyday. They need to have more variety and should have different menu on different days. But all in all a very good stay and would come back again
