Amazing hotel and staff this is my 7th time i stayed in holiday inn pattaya, best location and best rooms every and the cleanness is outstanding

My second trip here after 10 years and it was fabulous then and it is fabulous now. Check in was smooth, staff always ready to help. Breakfast fantastic with a lot of choices. The rooftop bar is amazing with great views. We stayed in the executive tower and the swimming pool was very good with lovely views of the ocean. A terrific stay again. Highly recommended.

Amazing view, hospitality, clean rooms, best oceanview. Breakfast can be improved for indians but lot of other varieties for non veg food. Overall worth staying.

Good rooms with nice ocean view but the property is under renovation. So not much common areas. Lobby on entrance stairs. No road front restaurant

the stat was pleasant and hotel had ample of children playing facilities and Indian food was also available at the breakfast menu 👍

We are staying at 18 th floor and the view is fantastic. The hotel location is good on pattaya beach, walking distance miss tiffany's show. Less option on vegetarian but food is good

We have booked ossian view higher floor but inspite of booking for 6 nights, ossian view they have not allotted the same and given hotel amari side rooms. Reason given that booked with agents so can't give. Very bad experience to book with make my trip. You must compensate for wrong allotments. We have booked three rooms of the same categories. My room number was 2116 where as opposites side room was perfect as we booked.

From start to finish, our stay was wonderful! the hotel has a great ambience, the staff is very courteous and the location is by the sea and one can walk across to many good restaurants for a varied experience.

Excellent breakfast, vast variety and scrumptious food. Hotel was located near the beach and location was great. Hotel has an amazing view. Staff was humble and cooperative. My kid and family had a great time. Enjoyed pool and scrumptious meals. Hotel cafe was also very good. Nice bakery stuff available.

The hotel was good location was good and views were perfect however after even paid for Dinner and Breakfast I had to eat outside as they didnt have indian food so it was major concern though the staff was very good and helping specially Peter the Restraunt Terasso manager Who helped me in arranging Indian food from inhouse kitchen thankful to him…

Holiday inn pattaya is located in good location but treating guests is like neglecting for small issues also and not to the rating of 4 star range as it’s a star hotel
Stay is plea-sent due to room was nice and clean. Breakfast with spread items. Enjoyed. Service staffs are cautious and friendly behavior. Room view was superb.

The whole hotel doesn’t understand hospitality from check to staff at the restaurant. Location is great, hotel is good but no separate check in for ihg members despite a display board being there
