Excellent stay, very good location. Superb housekeeping and quality breakfast. Booking and check-in was hassle free and swimming pool was too good

Very good room and big size. I recommend to book this hotel every thing is ok very unique water bottle not limit you can water bottle on every floor have water dispenser

Great hotel with good service, however flexible check in time will be appreciable and food was awesome. Janitorial works are done perfectly without any delay and periodically.

Stay in kokotel was truly nice. Staff behaviour is appreciable. Our koko party room(3 persons) with balcony was neatly cleaned and specious, overall comfortable stay. Well recommended

I talk to make my trip agent for 2 times this hotel not good the make me fool but nake my trip agent not reply me
Located in a quiet place, massage parlours nearby. Neat, clean and spacious rooms.

It's nice, room is big but bathrooms are small, a little far from walking street and beach. 1km. No option for vegitarian in breakfast.

We stayed here for 4 days and trust me it was one the best hotel experience ever in past 10 years, yes i am coming pattaya from past 10 years but this time i just booked it randomly and we felt lucky after checking inn coz we came early and early checkinn was not a problem, swimming pool was clean, rooms were v as big and as clean as we saw them pictures and house keeping staff was too good in terms of service and they allowed us late check out aswell without any objection and best part is there in the lobby area. Where we used to do our english breakfast. So over all it was worth booking and i will definitely come again and refer this property to everyone

Hotel is good, service good, swimming pool is large and clean. Hotel near to indian restaurant. Hotel staff co- operative. Friend staff. But air conditioners not working proper.
