Very clean and neat hotel, most of the indian families prefer to stay here. Room service was good. Food was ok ok not much indian varieties in it. We never had lunch but we had dinner that was below average. My son enjoyed the pool and hotel service boys are very helpful my son played a lot with them. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We stayed 4 nights overall i asked for a compliment decoration for my wife's birthday they tried their best.

Location is good. 4 mins walking distance to bangla street and very convenient to nearby grocery & pharmacies. Good ambience helpful staff

It is indeed a nice resort with best Indian food in Pattaya , we enjoyed the stay।। rooms are neat and clean and tge restaurant manager and the staff is Indian so don't worry about food .

Bed experience, property is very old don’t recommend any one no shower cap no shop no any other facilities staff was not good they find only money when we check out we booked three rooms after end of tours we cancel-led rooms so they charge fine for cancellation

My worst experience check out day say not including your breakfast you pay money and 3 person pay 450tbh and room are very old not working ac no room service available

The property is the centre of the town. Easy accessibility to all the places. Nice n budget friendly.

Disappointed with the treatment. I thought it would be alright and proceeded to stay for three nights. Check-in was quick and the reception did the work quickly. But trouble started when i had to work with the room service and the restaurant. Ac was not working fine. It leaked water droplets and the exhaust of the ac doesn't shut up despite the ac being off. I have had thai food for every meal for the past two weeks and wanted to try indian food for the first time in thailand. When i call from my room to order food, they'll simply say they're busy and that lunch won't be served to the room, and we need to come down to the restaurant. And when you go there and try to choose from the food menu, they say things like " why biryani? the buffet also same price. You can have more items. Take it. It was very embarrassing to be in that moment with my friend beside me. I wanted to yell that it was not about money. But i just given up. The 3 nights stay here was the only negative thing i had in my three week trip in thailand. Had better experiences in even hostels elsewhere, but not in this 4-star hotel. Good reception, house keeping. Good swimming pool. But terrible service.

Hotel location is good but the room was too old and nothing was working properly. Ac remote was not working and i had to adjust. Walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the next door.

Property location is fine but resort is not upto my expectations. Swimming pool is not clean. Wifi is not working properly. They charge extra money for my friend. Basic amenities were missing. Not satisfied with my stay.

The only positive aspect was the location near the walking street. Other than that, all the services available were average. We stayed for 2 days, but on the first day, they provided wifi. Since we were coming from another country, most people prefer to access the internet through wifi. However, the reason for not providing wifi on the second day was not clarified by the management, and no alternative was offered. The staff's behavior was rude during check-out. They accused us of stealing their drinking glass. After discussing it with them, they acknowledged that it was still in the room. We would not recommend this hotel to our friends or family for their stay. Thank you.

It's an average hotel, here you will not get any facility of order the food from the room. They don't have any option of al a cart.
