Room service was not available in belgaum, they had to come at four or five o'clock to clean, it was so crowded for breakfast that there was no fruit available, and the breakfast was very disappointing.

The place was in close proximity to walking street etc. Ambience was ok, food was not great. A good place for a 1-2 days short stay. Not recommended for longer duration

location is good but it looks worse then Goa traffic is terrible , I’m a frequent traveller so I book this hotel as per reviews after staying few days I realised that this is worst place , if u want to enjoy class and hospitality better take hotel near Pattaya beach , the walking street again is nothing just a horrible place with cheap clubs and call girls

When we arrived, there was no welcoming or greeting, so hospitality zero. For people who are vegetarian, breakfast is not for you, you can visit gallops restaurant nearby. They provide really tasty breakfast.

5. Nova platinum is excellent and the staff nature is quite good. Everybody is helping nature. Specially the reception very supportive and helpout promptly. Surely i'm going to book this hotel and recommend to my friends as well in the next trip.
