This Hotel services is good and in nice location. If possible add some indian food in menu.

5 min walk to beach, Indian restaurants, shopping and nightlife all in the walking distance. Breakfast till 11:30 min the morning for the late risers. Reception staff very courteous. Will visit again.

The location of the Hotel is excellent. It's near to the Sea and walking street. There are so many pubs and indian restaurant available in this area. I would really like to recommend the Hotel who wants to visit Pattaya.

Disaster. Stay away

Booked this hotel via make my trip. Com from India after Reading good reviews in TA. We stayed 4 nights from 10th june to 14th june 2019. However, we have negative experience and its one of the worst we had. Ac Problem: Air condition in our rooms (we booked two rooms) are not working properly. Even though the thermostat set at +18, a ceiling fan would have given better cool. Swimming pool maintenance : Pool is under maintenance from 10th june to 30th june according to the hotel. You will be disturbed by the hammering/nailing and screwing sounds during day time from level. We stayed at level 4 mostly affected. Neither the hotel or our agent informed us this while booking the room. Faulty lift, lift needs urgent maintenance. One day we were trapped inside for 10 minutes. After that we used stairs climb up and down. Needs to have a mobile phone with you (to call front desk) since there is no intercom in the lift or on alarm nobody will attend in case of a break down. Internet Issues:- Wifi signal is very week. Literally you need to connect it each and every time you want to use it. Depended on phone data. Faulty safe deposit Locker: Since theft cases are reported in this hotel while reading general reviews, we tried to keep our valuables in the safe deposit locker. However, it was not working. We have been reporting above cases to the hotel front desk and our agent company from time to time. However, no favourable action has been taken till we checked out. They do not understand basic english language or do not know how to deal with their customers. Breakfast same menu repeated everyday. Since we have paid in full we have no other option but to stay in this hotel with all above negatives. Please stay away from this hotel otherwise you will loose your money and spoil your holiday.

This Hotel is not for family. There are lot of hookers coming in. The location is not bad. Five minutes walking distance from walking street.

Awesome place with clean rooms and American breakfast. Hope to visit again. Don't go by rumors. I went there as a bag packer and didn't find any issues. Just need to maintain check-in and check-out time. It may vary depending on the availability of the room.
Its centre of Pattaya, every thing is too close to for crazy night life,

Location is very convenient, close to Indian restaurants, not too far from the Beach. Breakfast open till 11:30 am, a fantastic thing for a relaxing traveler. Overall good experience, will stay again.
