No cheats no frauds no hidden charges absolute transparency, even my luggage was kept safe for hours after my checkout and still bi received same hospitality. My kids were given my candies for free and they too loved staying here. A must stay The Seasons Pattaya in pattaya.
WiFi was free only at lobby, it was chargeable in the room, otherwise an excellent The Seasons Pattaya with excellent services. I would love to stay here again. Indian food and other things easily available just outside The Seasons Pattaya.

Hotel is good overall but if you book this online they will charge you for guest entry, they change their policy recently. So note this point if you are booking this The Seasons Pattaya.
When you book online on double sharing basis. They charge for guests. They change their policy recently and we get very annoyed with it, not recommend to go with Seasons Pattaya. Try to book another who provide guest free entry.

The overall experience is really good. Very nice stay except the food part. The fruits were amazing but no Indian food. Nice location walking distance from the beach. They need to have a free wifi facility. Also the beverages stored in fridge have hidden cost so if you use them without reading the rate card you might end up shelling out more bhats during check out.

All staff were cooperative, especially reception, my only request is that the floorings of bathrooms should be changed. Also the The Seasons Pattaya is providing free WiFi access in reception lobby only, as nowadays these are given free inside all areas of The Seasons Pattayas. The television in the rooms should be LCD type which is not seen there.

Good stay and a very comfortable The Seasons Pattaya. I would prefer to stay in the same place again during my next visit to Pattaya. The receptionist needs to be more polite and smiling. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, taking care of the needs of all kinds of people. I wish them all the best.

Excellent room with enough space, air / natural light and sea view. Excellent staff. Excellent Buffet breakfast with lots of choices WiFi is available on the Lobby but its lightning fast. Unexpectedly amazing The Seasons Pattaya with kind staff and prompt service. Rooms are really good. Will definitely advise group of friends to select this The Seasons Pattaya if you are looking an economical stay along with no compromises. The location is good and the beach is just 5 mins walk.

Nice The Seasons Pattaya with good hospitality.The rooms are well decorated and hygienic with good room service facilities. The cook for the breakfast was good. The food for dinner and lunch in The Seasons Pattayas are very well prepared and tasty. Loved the stay in Seasons Pattaya.

Overall experience was nice. Location was good and within only 300m walking distance to the beach and there were many Indian restaurants nearby. Food was excellent and the reception staffs were very good and helpful. Had no problem and would like to recommend to others.

I have stayed there twice, and the complete hospitality experience is exceptional! Great location. Staff wows you completely with their smiles and friendly service! Best place to stay as a couple, with family, or solo. Excellent value for money.

The staff is rude and there were bed bugs in the room, Internet is free only in the reception area, in the rooms it's chargeable and expensive at 100 baht per day, other than that everything else is okay

Value for money, enjoyed the secluded location, room view was not great. No entertainment for Kids. Food was ordinary, but lot of restaurants nearby, very close walkable to walking street, also central festival mall is 10 minutes.
