Coconut Village Resort

The Coconut Village Resort and staff are very helpful. The Coconut Village Resort has a good looking reception and front entrance but somehow i did not find the pics on the portal. Rooms were very spacious. Morning breakfast was lavish and offered at a very reasonable price of 180 baht. Amazingly located at a 5 minute walk from the beach. Quiet and peaceful at night was also a relief. Guess due to all these reasons it is mostly occupied. Room prices for the same room here can be alarmingly variable depending upon your booking portal and the timing of seasons. I got a wonderful offer of 3580 baht for 3 nights, excluding breakfast. For an extension of one night they were asking 4050 baht for single occupancy.

The stay was a good one. Did give us early chk-in. But the front desk people were a bit rude. Specially the lady. Location is good near beach and near many other important area. Nearby Indian restaurant. Pool was small but good enough to enjoy. Rooms were good and clean. 7-11, store was like in the premises itself which were very helpful for visitors and also for Coconut Village Resort staff as you ask for anything they will suggest to buy from 7-11 store outside.

Check in check out was smoothrooms are clean. Hospitality is good. Location is perfect and few mins walk from walking street. Brkfast options for indians are less looking for veg. Property is well maintained. My stay was for 2 nights and i enjoyed the stay. My room was basic category on 1st floor and it was spacious and neat. We had safe in the room. The balcony was also maintained and clean with good size.

Stone throw distance from Patong Beach, this Coconut Village Resort is conveniently located right on main road yet rooms does not have any noise or pollution. The staffs are friendly and warm. The pool was clear and alluring. Had only breakfast and a quick snacks here. The food has variety and is very tasty. Overall had a great experience in the Coconut Village Resort, would love to come back again.

The coconut village is one of the most beautiful and peaceful property. The pool was magnificent. The breakfast was awesome. Close to bangla street but not noisy. Staff are very cooperative and wel behaved. As the property is not a high rise so you won't find much crowded and you can get your privacy and your own space. Rooms are quite specious. And patong night market and 7/11 is 2mins walk.

Our stay in was made so much better because of our stay here. It is pretty close to patong beach where the night life is amazing, filled with restaurants/pubs. The complimentary breakfast here was so tasty, exceeded our expectations. The room given to us was comfortable and big at such a reasonable rate. This Coconut Village Resort is worth your stay.

The location of this Coconut Village Resort is amazing. Its walking distance from every key points and still peaceful enough to stay and enjoy the relaxing time. Room was big and quiet amazing, just as shown in the pictures. Staff is very nice and helpful. Completely worth to stay here and make your trip memorable and easy to go.

The property is best in location, Coconut Village Resort is quite good. They don’t give you room service. Thats one minus point, overall if you are looking for something in budget and also near to beach, then go for it. Swimming pools and rooms need a bit renovation. Property seems old but not that bad. 1 or 2 days is great.

The property is very well maintained and pool was clean and sparkling! rooms are spacious and the bed was super comfortable! bathroom has hot and cold water facility. Just 200 mtrs away from the patong beach and lined by markets/shacks. Staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! had an amaaazzinggg stay!

Must stay, close to Bangla street, rooms clean and The staff was very obedient and nice, if in Phuket than this property is the best, the breakfast buffet was good only problem was the room We were staying was dull in color, they should give color to the rooms otherwise it was a memorable and very relaxing stay

Great location walking distance to Patong beach and Bangla street. Rooms are excellent. There is a good swimming pool where you can have fun with your kids. The buffet breakfast has a good selection and is excellent. Overall a great experience and must stay place for a reasonable price.

Good breakfast spread, no additional charges for charges, conveniently locared 5 mins to Patong beach and Bangla road. Service was good.
The room was good, pool was clean and staff were prompt in providing assistance.

Location very close to beach (1 min app) .. Value for money as compared to other Coconut Village Resort near by .. Breakfast in veg limited option. Pubs restaurants all near by (3 4 min walk) all good restaurants like bawarchi hard rock etc ...

Property is excellent. Breakfast quality is good. And the main advantage is it's 5 min walk from patong beach, so it's a win win.

One of the best stay in thailand till now staff and receptionist were very friendly and greet full its near to all happening place and is silent no shout or nothing

Resort is near Patong beach which is must visit place. For vegetarian, in breakfast only salad, bread and juice was available.

Good clean rooms and very Silent area. Value for money. Some working going on in lobby area. But still not disturbing at all. Closed to Beach. Overall good experience.

7-8 mins walk from the walking street but the property was really too good for the price on MMT. Property was very beautiful. Pool is huge. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was amazing and had a lot of variety. Overall must try.

Very relaxed and quaint place in the hustle bustle of Patong. Beach is 5 minutes by walk.
Great pool with good depth. Breakfast is not good for vegetarians but there is an Indian restaurant just across the road Sanja chulha which serves awesome food.

I really enjoyed the Coconut Village Resort. Room was really big and beautiful. Hotel is near to patong beach. I will recommend to stay here. Budget Coconut Village Resort.

Execellent services, friendly staff

Pa tong area is huge and there are many good Coconut Village Resorts there. This is one of the good ones. The beach is pretty close and there are many good and an restaurants near-by too. Overall, I’d say it was pretty good value for money.
