Absolutely flawless. Attention was given to the minutest details from the room card to check our procedure was so smooth. Best layout of the property and it has to offer to all the age group. Dining options for all kind of cuisines and customer service was on the other level. Loved our room layout having direct access to the turtle pool. Best breakfast spread ever with best of service. Spa service was average and not value for money. Overall experience was great.

Great JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, Great Location, Great Staff, Everything is great, no complaints. We reached early but still they asked us to use the Health club to shower and change, we kept our luggage in the locker there and went out and came. The place is so beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good, staff are also very good. Extremely good service.

My wife and I stayed in Jw Marriott for 4 days, which included the New Year's Day. Overall the stay was good. Most staff were polite. However, few were unprofessional. We felt that Indians were not treated equal by few staffs. Food was just average, except in Cucina where food was relatively good. Rooms were excellent. Overall, I would recommend this place.

One of the best properties to stay in phuket Everything was perfect from check in to check out. the reception was very sweet and kind, upgraded our stay. The staff at the lobby bar was kind and friendly. Perfect place to stay as a couple or family. My 2 years old daughter loved the kids club and baby pool which had slides. Will definitely come back.

Hotel was nice but staff were little bit rude apart from wishing welcome, good morning ... They do nothing .., no halal food biggest drawback for us and JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa was very far from main city so you are limited to enjoy within resort .. Else you have to pay 1600 baht to visit old town.

Had a great time with my family. Worth the brand and money. Ultra luxurious. Very friendly staff, one of the best place to stay in Thailand. 3 superb swimming pools, private beach, meditation centre and great kids activity area. All us want to vist this resort again !!!
