Patong Bay Hill Resort

Property is awesome. We booked sea/ocean view pool access room. Maintained property. 1. 4 km walk from patong beach. U can download bolt app for local cabs. Too cheaper than stand taxi. We were pure vegetarians. Trust me they dont have anything for vegetarians in breakfast. On asking i was told that we are american based Patong Bay Hill Resort group blah blah. So we have foods of that kind. Anyways i requested them to add indian veg chef & menu since there were many indian vegetarian guests. It will boost their property footfall i guess. All in all good property to stay vegetarian food unavailable (for pure veg restaurants. U may visit govinda(we visited 6times in 4 days, ganesh, kailash par-bat @ patong beach. U may google for exact location) they provide u free shuttle to & from patong beach 4 to 5 times. Fix timing. No idea abt non veg food frankly.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience during my recent stay. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted warmly by your attentive staff, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The accommodations were impeccable, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The room was not only beautifully appointed but also meticulously clean, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of activities. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of the Patong Bay Hill Resort, from the exquisite decor to the delicious cuisine served at your restaurant. The dining experience was truly remarkable, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes, and the quality of service was impeccable.

This Patong Bay Hill Resort is located at a hill. Literally you will get tired reaching there. Most difficult was to carry your 20 kg of luggage with an extra 7 kg on your shoulder up the hill for around 200 meters but when you reach at there lobby, the sip of refreshing welcome drink will make up your mind and that view of the Patong Bay Hill Resort. I had a pool access in my room it was really relaxing and there pizza was out of this world (veg). The stay was nice and comfortable but the only condition is you must have a motorbike on rent to overcome the uphill distance to your room, still, Patong Bay Hill Resort people provide conveyance to reach your room but it takes 5-10 minutes waiting period.

The place is exquisite and very clean, the staff were all very sweet and welcoming, we had read a review before saying the check in would be at 2:00 p.m. only and we have to wait until then, but when we went to the Patong Bay Hill Resort at 11:00 a.m., they directed us to the room right away. There is a shuttle service from reception to the rooms. Shuttle services sometimes took time and we were a little frustrated about it. It is pretty far from Bangla road or the Beach area, but no complaints. It was all worth it because the room came with a swimming pool, there were Patong Bay Hill Resort transportation services. So, all in all? It was wonderful!

Our stay was excellent, the staff was very polite. We had booked a suite with private jacuzzi in M building. Room Service was good, the pool is fabulous, it's one of it's own kind, breakfast has a vast variety for all including Indians, housekeeping was very punctual and helpful, the location is based on a hill and only you have shuttle dropping you to the city and coming back you can take a bike or car to your Patong Bay Hill Resort which would be 4-5 minutes from the city. If you want to have a 5 star experience, you can choose this Patong Bay Hill Resort, its very quiet, calm and peaceful, loved it and would sure visit again.

I stayed at patong bay hill resort & spa and i enjoyed my stay very much. The resort is located in a quiet area of patong. The pool access room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, overlooking the pool. The housekeeping service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of local and international dishes, and the restaurant also served delicious food for lunch and dinner. The resort also offered a free shuttle service to the center of patong, which was very convenient. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket.

I had booked 4 night stays 1 night in Jacuzzi room, 3 nights in 1 bedroom pool access sea view suite the staff was prompt to allow early check in as I arrived at 11 AM. Rooms are very good and spacious. Breakfast had limited vegetarian options. However, for a non veg person, there are lots of options. Resort has service to drop and pick you from your room since it is at a height. The pool outside the room was fabulous. Hotel also provides shuttle service to Pa Tong area for free at dedicated times. Over all a good time. Can say this to be a budget 5* Patong Bay Hill Resort.

Location is very good. Directly pool access from room. This Patong Bay Hill Resort is on Hill. Staff is good. They are providing shuttles from reception to room for free 24 hours. Property is too good. In room there was a bed room and hall with dining table oven and induction. But the problem was only one there no equipment to use induction like cooking pan or other things. No Indian menu available in restaurant. Saloon is too good. We really enjoyed stay there. Hotel Patong Bay Hill Resort made my trip awesome.

First and most important thing is the distance of the resort from city, although it's just 3 km but there is no connectivity. Everytime you need to hire either tuktuk (200-300 bhat) or grab (400- 500 bhat). Hotel provide free drop to city but it's just 1 car per 2 hour and last one at 8pm so if you want to see nightlife of the city then be ready to spend more 1000 bhat. Food panda is the only option for getting food delivered and that too you need to collect from lobby, no room service available for that.

The experience was beautiful and memorable. I stayed at the room from where sea is visible also the room has private pool, a leaving room come kitchen, which made my stay memorable and delightful. Only the suggestion I can give is the shuttle service to city area is after every two hours. Thus the frequency is very less. So if you try to come here by private taxi or tuktuk they take 200. Which is very large amount for just 2 km distance. So Patong Bay Hill Resort needs to increase shuttle frequency.

I arrived at 2.30 PM and the room was not ready till 3.30 pm, I was made to wait for an hour even when the check in time was 2PM. Staff have limited English skills. But when you see the rooms forget all this. You need a free shuttle to reach the room from the reception. View from the room is awesome. But Pa Tong beach is 1.5 km and it is a steep climb on your way back. Very good for what you pay but still has limitations.

We loved our stay. Service is very good and our room was excellent and super value for money. There are shuttles from Patong Bay Hill Resort to nearby mall in Patong area. Being an Indian, my only constraint was the complementary breakfast which had very less indian food. Otherwise it was very good. They also provide minimum kitchen items for cooking. Food is cheap in restaurant but less options.

Nice view, it's a big Patong Bay Hill Resort on height, room are superb. Free shuttle saves lot of cost to go around Phuket

This is the excellent property with a very good scenic view. Excellent service, location, cleanliness, everything is perfect.

The location is a drawback, especially because it's on a hill. The breakfast buffet could have been better. Everything else is fine.

Bestest Patong Bay Hill Resort I ever stayed.

It’s beautiful property and we have stayed in premium cottage room. From the balcony the view was awesome. I think best property in stay. But only the checkout time staff is very roude. They are wasting 30 min to room check. And indian breakfast is not available.

We are stayed 4 days it was a awesome food and service and location and room is excellent. I love it. My experience is superb.

Wonderful stay the rooms were very clean and Patong Bay Hill Resort services were amazing they provide shuttle to rooms as rooms are on hills and even they have shuttle service in every 2 hours to patong beach which is very good as it saves 300 baht every time. Value for money. Loved it

It was an amazing experience at Patong Bay Hill Resort, we went for our anniversary celebration and Sea view room suite was just amazing, the view hospitality food services and pool party on valentine's day was just amazing! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend everyone to must take a stay there

Rooms were as shown in the picture. Staff was welcoming. Kitchen in the room was an added advantage for vegetarians who'll not get good food options in Thailand.

Enjoyed every moment of our stay. The special part was peacefully located room and time well spent in the jacuzzi.

The Patong Bay Hill Resort is very peaceful on side of the city, very near to beach, just 3 minutes from Patong beach. Rooms are very spacious, good for parties and specially when you want some peaceful time, away from the crowded Patong streets.
