It was good, kinda basic the staff were helpful. One con is that there was no dental kit or shower kit given which is common in other hotels

Best in hospitality, rooms are decent and clean. Hotel staff is really good and polite. Best service. Recommended to book. Patong beach is just 5 mins away. Eleven 7 is just 2 mins walk.

Location : 0/5 the location is very poor and the hotel seems to be isolated in an area where it is almost impossible to find even grab taxi. Rooms : -5/5 i think you could find better rooms in a small rural city of india than this property. Ac wasn’t working, no lights, full of bed bugs and cockroaches, horrible odour and dirtiest bathrooms, specially the bathtubs. Other amenities : there restaurant and pool timings are a complete hoax! i mean, who closes the hote restaurant at 6:30 pm? the pool is so far away from some rooms that you feel it is better left without a visit! staff behavior : 0/5 the receptionist only checked us inn, served us some horrible welcome drink which she said was apple juice, and carried our luggage to the room. 1 person doing each and everything! they also demand an advance of 500 thb before handing you over the keys. I went here with my wife and my son, felt ashamed and was cursing myself to have booked this so called ‘resort and spa’ only to find out that there’s neither any resort nor any spa! i suggest, please cancel your trip than coming to this worst property in whole of thaialnd!

The room were clean but there were a lot of mosquito every time we enter the room. The resort have multiple levels without a lift, you have to move a lot to go here and there. Hotel is very old with old set of furniture and technology.

The property is very old and not renovated. The staff were little rude and not cater to your needs. Surprised to find out there was always shortage of water. Breakfast was not up to the mark. No menu at all, especially for indians. No swimming pool area for kids. Water gets blocked just outside your room in drainages and used to stink. Room interior is very bad especially bathrooms. Old bathtub and interiors. No privacy in rooms with big french window. Outside light always coming inside room, overpriced hotel. Not recommended at all.

A standard beach getaway at club bamboo

My recent stay at club bamboo was an average experience. The hotel’s location is walking distance away from the beach slightly on the inclined surface, around 2 kms away from the patong beach. The room, while clean and adequately equipped, lacked a bit of the charm or modern amenities found in more upscale beach resorts. The staff members were generally friendly, although the level of engagement varied. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool were pleasant but not particularly remarkable. While the on-site dining options offered decent meals, they didn’t leave a lasting impression. However, the overall atmosphere was somewhat generic, lacking the distinctive touches that make a hotel stand out. In summary, the hotel serves as an affordable option for a beach getaway, offering a standard level of comfort, but it may not meet the expectations of those looking for a more distinctive or upscale beach hotel experience.

Place was situated on an uphill of patong bay. Meanwhile too many bike riders move whole night doing stunts and creating nuisance. So for peace loving travellers, they can think twice. Places nearby require 15-20 min walking.

The stay was safe and peaceful, the best part is the staff very polite and eager to help, the downside is the gym timings which are perfectly planned to ensure we can't utilize the gym, it's from 9:00 to 2:00 which is a load of crap I thought, the other downside is the location which is secluded and away from the city, never the less can be managed by the bike rentals.

The hotel was well located not so far not so crowded. They welcomes you with drinks. The rooms are like cottage. Clean, well utilized of space. Pool was not that big but quite beautiful. There is small waterfall in it. Food was also very tasty.

I had a small problem with the Scott I hired. The owner forced me to pay money or would not let me check out. I had to check out at 4 am. I was traveling with my family. Had 2 year old twins. She even told me that she would call the cops. Sad. I later changed the part of the Scooty for a certain amount. Check out was delayed since the towel I used was dirty. Morning Male staff took advantage. I recommend not to book this hotel. If you make any small mistake then they will shoot you with all they have. Moreover the hotel is old and the pictures are partially fake.
