Old property, the furniture in the room was broken, no tissues box in the bathroom, room not cleaned properly, the bathroom mat not changed for 3 days, the breakfast had very limited options, the live station eggs were not prepared as per our request. To sum up- very unsatisfactory stay

The stay for 4 nights was quite good. The rooms and bathrooms were clean with a view of the swimming pool. The pool was quite large and clean. The breakfast spread was good and the kids loved it. We had a lunch and a couple of dinners at the restaurant and special mention of the chicken tikka and chappathi that were very good. The declarations done in the room for my wife’s birthday along with the complementary cake were pleasant surprises. The foam pool party for the kids on monday was a big hit with the kids. Minor issues we had: the taste and quality of the indian food at the breakfast - especially the idli and upma can be better. Opening and closing the window shades was a bit of task. Overall we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Superb pool, convenient location, near the beach. The hotel is near the patong beach and you will find many local stores and eating joints. Indian food easily available as well

The hotel cleaner cleaned my room, and my water bottle was there, but i couldn’t find it afterward. I searched everywhere, including all my luggage, but it was nowhere to be found. I told the reception multiple times, but their only response was that they had asked the cleaner, who said they didn’t find it. My water bottle was quite expensive otherwise the other experience was good

Too costly as per the amenities provided. Located in the market, beach is around 1 km away. Breakfast is ok. No oven provided in the room, no shaving kit, limited channels on tv. At this cost one can have a beech view hotel near pa tong beach, don’t go by the name “novotel”, as ordinary as any other hotel.

Very nice property, just the amount of money i paid doesn't do justice but still would recommend the hotel, because of location and accessibility to the patong beach and street. Overall a good place and we had a good time with our 2. 5yrs old baby.

Excellent property. Quite big. Very well behaved staff. Great food. Very big pool. Kids can enjoy. Nice family hotel. Best part is the location of the hotel, very close to patong beach and all the nightlife. . Would like to stay again on next visit.

Excellent property and very good rooms, beach and markets are 10 min walk and few indian restaurants very near by. Breakfast was very gud and staff very helpful, my dad was on wellchair and the property is so designed that u can move in wellchair without any hassle. We had x lent 3 days stay.
