It's a very good hotel right on beach near to walking street and all attractions. The service and room were super good and they even provided us earlier check-in without any issues.

Property's greed totally against guest's needs

Saw negative reviews about the property but still booked it because of its location but that was a mistake! for some personal reason, we couldn't travel on the booking dates and tried to postpone the stay by only 4 days, and their prices more than doubled! this is not a property where customer is the king. The property is the king and will punish its patrons for choosing it!

Too many hidden charges

The property is awesome because of the location but has too many hidden charges regarding guest stay. Every local id they charge 500 bhats for even as low as 1 hour.

Excellent location nice ambience eye soothing greenery
great courteous service
nice cottage superb cleanliness nice breakfast with variety gated secure complex with round the clock security great staff who doesn't know how to say no
because they need not
as they respond to all requests positively what else do we need
during stay
If you are looking for a real place to party and don't want to travel too much! go for the deluxe family room in tropica and thank me later!

The best location just in front of the beach it couldn't be better than this. Overall ambience is surprisingly spacious like an old bungalow. All the facilities are good. With the pricing it is good value for money and time. Bangla road is next street, many restaurants and eating points nearby. I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

The property is situated at patong beach and very close to bangla street. I had an early morning check out, on request they packed the breakfast for us.

Actual room size was around 200 sqft. But as per it is 900 sqft. This is unethical.

Not a good place of stay for indians. The breakfast for vegetarians was pathetic. The light in the room was very low. They give only two bottles of water a day in the room. You won't be able sleep whole night since loud music is heard from pubs of bangla road. Not recommended

The hotel is good. Just opposite to the beach. The restaurant is amazing too. The only problem is the mosquitoes. The lights in the room are dim. It always feels dark in the room. A lot of restaurants around the hotel.
