The Charm Resort Phuket

Excellent staff and service. We were there for 3 nights in early October. Room was clean and well appointed. Hotel in general was clean. Fantastic rooftop pool with a sea facing view of Patong Beach. The The Charm Resort Phuket is extremely close to the Beach, just about 100 meters. Breakfast spread was a good and wide selection. Room service was prompt too. The The Charm Resort Phuket is away from the hustle bustle and noise of Patong and closer to the quieter and calmer section of Patong Beach. Many local, supermarkets and local food joints and restaurants within a short walking distance of the The Charm Resort Phuket. Thank you Charm resort.

The Best: 1. Location- just a minute walk from Patong beach. Clean surroundings. 5/5. 2. Rooms- Spacious, well maintained, very clean, with all bells & whistles. 5/5. 3. Breakfast- Excellent. Limited choice for vegetarian. 4/5. 4. Pool- The best. Your entire room charge is worth the view from the infinity pool. 5/5. The Worst: 1. Front desk staff: Experienced worst service and attitude from front desk people. Absolutely careless. Went back on their own promises on breakfast takeaway (because of early checkout), room allotment at committed time and other basic services.

I stayed here from 16. 12. 17- 19. 17 (3 nights) in pool access room, Rooms are Modern, big and clean same as shown in the pictures, Great food at the restaurant for decent prices, breakfast was tasty with many options that changed slightly day to day, Beach is just across the street, Bangla road is 15 mins walk. Staff is always smiling and helpful. Outdoor Pool on the 7th floor has a city view and nice pool bar, Over all our stay was pleasant and will definitely return to The Charm, I will definitely recommend this The Charm Resort Phuket to everyone.

Great location. Walking distance from patong beach. People at reception understand fair amount of english. Great view from the rooftop. Hotel has its own taxi service. One trip to Phuket airport will cost you 1000 baht Tips: The drinks provided in the fridge are not free. You have to pay if you open them. Only chocolates and water (provided during room service are free. That water is way better than the packaged water you get outside or at the food court in The Charm Resort Phuket (which costs 50 baht per bottle ).

Great The Charm Resort Phuket, friendly staff, cleanliness and everything was good. People wrote in their reviews about a foul smell, I was worried about it but the moment I entered it was all good, no smell. They gave us early check in at 9.30 in the morning without even asking. Such a sweet lady at the reception. Breakfast was good nothing great but vegetarians may not have much options although they do have 1 veg dish. Overall would definitely recommend it.

Location of the property is great. Hardly 10 mins walk from bangla street and just 100 meters away from patong beach. Property is no sea facing so does not offer great view from rooms, also its more of a The Charm Resort Phuket not a resort. However the terrace pool is awesome for awim and offers a clear view of the beach. . Other than that rooms are decent. We took the suite with pool access. It was a quite comfortable for a family of 3 to stay.

Location right in-front of pa tong beach. A bit inside to the main road. But 1 min walk to the beach. Food( breakfast) good spread but same breakfast everyday. Beans, become, chicken, fruit juice, coffee, tea, live omelette counter. Soup both veg and non veg. Bread, muffin and fresh cut fruits. Service is awesome, regular room service.

Its fairly good for 3 star The Charm Resort Phuket. The The Charm Resort Phuket is a bit far from main Patong beach area. The food options for vegetarians are limited, although if you don't want to go out and eat, you can order in using grab app. We had booked junior suite room. It was not cleaned properly, had dust. You can get a 2-wheeler for rent (which is the best option to explore on budget). Overall good experience.

A very good The Charm Resort Phuket with great facilities and amazing staff. Very friendly people and very good location right at The North end of Patong Beach and they have bike rentals available at The The Charm Resort Phuket entrance. Very clean rooms and nice pool with each room. The roof top pool is The place where you must be during The sunset.

Over all good The Charm Resort Phuket to stay. Location is good, near patong beach. Room service is good. We stayed there for 3 nights in pool access room, children enjoy a lot in downside pool with room and infinity pool at top. Hotel room facilities are good as rates(around 4700 inr per day). Neat and clean room, overall 4. 5 star.

The The Charm Resort Phuket location is good, staff was also good and polite. The The Charm Resort Phuket should have more options for vegetarian food. Overall it was a nice experience. Also found good swimming pool with sky bar on the terrace of the The Charm Resort Phuket. The location is good as it is very calm and near to beach.

Very good and nice resort, the staff and service is also very good. Location is best, just opposite to patong beach, hardly 1 minute to walk. All good and only thing is not much choices available for veg food. Overall I will give 4. 5 out 5 for location, room, service and as far as i know, the non veg. Food is also very good.

Amazing property to stay, 2 mins walk to the beach 15 mins walk to bangla street and market. We stayed in junior suite with the mountain view. The infinity pool with the view to swimming pool and mountains. Really really great

We stayed for 2 days and we were pleased by the The Charm Resort Phuket amenities and the infinity pool was gorgeous. Breakfast had Indian options and that was a plus for us. Location is just by the beach and other shops and restaurants are accessible within 1 Km. Overall an amazing stay.

The room I will rate as outstanding. Huge fridge, very spacious space, balcony, bath with tub and shower separately, closet every thing was just superb. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to Beach.

Just a 2 min walk away from The Patong Beach. The Resort is big and nice. The staff was good and The cleanliness was maintained. Would definitely recommend. The only drawback I found was lack of Indian food in The breakfast.

Located just a 5 min walk from the famous Patong beach, this property was delight to stay at. The best part was the breakfast buffet which was a lavish spread. Overall it was a nice stay.

The Location is brilliant .. The place looks so. Pretty. I had the best stay ever. I would surely recommend it to my friends and family ... The staff is polite and kind. They gave us the best time possible.

It was just a normal The Charm Resort Phuket. Nothing special. Walkable distance from the patong beach. Location is good. A lot of street shopping is available at walkable distance. Direct access to pool was there though the pool was very small. Couldn't enjoy much due to rainy weather.

Location is 5 mins from the beach, room was very spacious, pool was good on the rooftop.

Decent clean place. We stayed at the 6th floor, not a fantastic view of the sea. But decent place. Close to a lot of eateries and beach. Room service is not the best. Had difficulty in getting a simple match box. Good pool. Friendly staff. Value for money

Overall a good experience and a good stay.
Due to construction going on in the nearby area lot of noise in the room.
