Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel

We stayed here for 5 night and 6 days. Checking- we got a very warm welcome with welcome drink and the baklawa (not a bog fan) but it was actually good. Minty was very helpful during check in. My room was burj view exclusive and it was as expected. Room had enough space for my 1 year old kid to create mess. The bathroom and wardrobe space was also decent. Breakfast : they have a good spread for indians. The only thing which disappointed me - my son being 1 year old takes time to eat. We requested the nine7one that if possible can we get a box so that we can take away couple of tea cake or half paratha. But they denied. I have not experienced this in any of the properties which i have stayed in. Everyone understands how the infants eat and why the request was made. So we took the ala carte order for taking away (not that i have any issue with it. But only one day there was a different manager and he himself helped us in boxing the porridge for our baby. This experience made me feel that this is not apt Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel for families with kids. Housekeeping and guest relation experiences - they are awesome and helpful. It was my birthday during the stay and on the day they decorated my room during the turn down service with the complimentary cake. A beautiful gesture i must say. It was good surprise for my wife and my son enjoyed the balloons. Room dining - i had a very less interaction with room dining as most of the time i had my dinner at punjab grill which had some delicious indian delicacies. But during the night we ordered porridge for our baby. When i asked for the bill(due to my experience with breakfast i thought they do not have any policy for baby food) the room dining executive said that the baby food is complimentary. This was a good gesture from them. Traveldesk - iris was very helpful in booking dessert safari. Also she helped us in getting tickets for few events which were sold out on portals. Overall we loved our stay - not having a policy for boxing a basic food for baby is the only downside.

The most terrible point is that the bathrooms do not have the plug point for using the hairdryer! No idea, how such a star Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel missed this small point. Have had to take the hairdryer to the plug point in the main room, and use it. And more importantly, in case you are walking and entering the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel, you got to be more careful, as it is very difficult to find the exact entrance to the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel. Entry by the vehicle is too cumbersome, as you will have to drive up almost two floors with very tine corners. Overall, the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel is a fantastic one and will definitely stay there any no. of times.

Downtown is undoubtedly the best area to stay in dubai, with proximity to the heart of the city. The staff at the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel is very professional and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well kept. They even gave us a customised surprise on our special day. The travel desk at the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel is also quite good and gives you good advice. We booked most of the museum/othe activities tickets via them. They're reasonable too. The staff speaks fluent english urdu and other languages. Overall, we felt welcome and treated well.

Everything about the quality of service to the rooms to the amenities is super class. It's got The Oberoi quality stamp all over it. Front desk staff is brilliant will go all out to make your stay special, but it's The weirdest lobby to access. You cannot access the same if on foot. The alternate to the same is located from The business park within the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel complex, which again closes at 10.30 PM. It's a puzzle to reach the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel on foot. Once you cross that hurdle it's smiles all the way.

Great Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel with large spacious rooms. Entrance to the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel is not convenient for walking but apart from that its located well and close to places like burj khalifa, difc (though for any popular spot you will have to take cab and even metro station is 8-9 mins walk. Staff is great, breakfast buffet was spot-on with large spread. The overall vibe of the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel is more business than holiday but its located in middle of business bay so cant blame them.

I'm delighted to share my experience at Oberoi, that it gracefully lived up to all my expectations. Luxurious rooms, services and sumptuous food with plethora of options. Location of Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel is closer to Dubai mall which was an add on for me. Moreover the in house services and choice of even smallest of article was far far better than many big 5star chains in Dubai (which I stayed earlier). Don't hesitate to book Oberoi Dubai, it is one of the best in Dubai.

We stayed here while visiting Dubai for business and it was worth it. The Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel gave us an early check-in and also gave us a Spa room to freshen up for our late evening flight. They have a shuttle bus to Dubai Mall which is helpful. Loved The local breakfast spread. Service was excellent. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Hello, it was my 2nd trip to The Oberoi Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel. It was beautiful time for me because I was very excited about the stay. Whenever you stay but if you feel like home and comfortable than it's Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel Oberoi. If I will visit Dubai than my stay will be in Oberoi. Thank you.

Big rooms with ample sunlight. Very well crafted bathrooms and wardrobe-dressing area. Nice vibe and colour all over. Oberoi has always a touch of perfection to it. We absolutely loved our stay in oberoi business bay. Breakfast was impressive too. Not to forget about the staff which was as courteous as it can get

I really loved the Room Serive along with the Indian Breakfast. Also the Hotel has a nice ambiance which provides for a great stay.
The Room was nicely located and the staff was very polite and good. The best thing about the Hotel was their breakfast. Rarely get to see the variety and taste outside India.

I was in Oberoi for 3 days and throughout the staff was very helpful and housekeeping was excellent in performing its job. The breakfast was amazing and if you ask them to provide something which is on in buffet the staff will be more than happy to serve you! Overall I am a fan of Oberoi hospitality.

It's in business bay. It's official area but as well as peaceful. Near by food shop n shopping mall and it's Christmas time so it's everywhere lighting. It is a good place. I loved it.

In Dubai Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel The Oberoi is a perfect place for stay, I can't add the picture, otherwise I can send here. It's an awesome view, my floor is 14th. I can see Burj Khalifa, I can see the whole business bay. Thank you MakeMyTrip, thank you The Oberoi. I will come soon.

Cozy atmosphere with great team hosting us. Amenities were of superior quality. Breakfast had a wide variety of items.

There is a lot of miscommunication between The staff of front office. It was quite tiring to keep explaining and re explaining The same thing again and again. Confusion and lack of warmth.

Opposite my room it's Burj Khalifa. It's beautiful view. And weather was cool. I was enjoying a lot my stay was in and it's damn good. Like office, home everything is together.

Every Oberoi staff I encountered was friendly and helpful, really appreciated Sondes at the check in counter, Narayan at the drop area, and all the bartenders.
Room was lovely, very nicely done.

The stay was excellent with all the facilities required for family stay. The pool was excellent and the morning breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again if I go to Dubai for holidays.
