My recent stay at the Queen Elizabeth 2 Hotel Ship was nothing short of magical. As soon as I stepped aboard, I was greeted by the friendly staff, whose warm smiles immediately made me feel at home. The onboard restaurant features a diverse menu that caters to every palate. I recommend trying the seafood specialties—they were fresh and prepared to perfection. Each meal offered a stunning view of the horizon, making dining a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. Entertainment options were plentiful. I enjoyed live music performances in the evening and participated in fun activities organized by the engaging crew. The ship also hosts relaxing spa treatments that are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. One of the best parts of my stay was the opportunity to explore various ports of call. Each stop was carefully curated, allowing guests to immerse themselves in local culture, cuisine, and attractions. Overall, my experience at the Queen Elizabeth 2 Hotel Ship was unforgettable. My experience overall was amazing. But when i entered the Queen Elizabeth 2 to go to the reception for the check-in i was getting dealt with by one gentleman everything was going fine, until one lady came up next to me and he assisted her while she was assisting me and it took us an extra 20 to 25 minutes to get the check in which was a very disrespectful. He just left us aside as if it was nothing. Because i came around 6:30 pm to the Queen Elizabeth 2 i was very tired. The lady that went in to speak to the guy as i was getting checked in could have waited like everyone else. Other than this unprofessional check-in to stay was amazing. All the staff are very friendly the breakfast was so nice. Another problem was the ac was very noisy in the room, but you can’t expect much from a small room on a boat. I got a room upgrade that was nice. Overall, me and my partner were very satisfied.

Our stay was perfect. As i decides to celebrate my birthday at qe2 but we didnt feel any special on my birthday, the checking process was good but there was no concierge or bell attendant. We had to carry our luggages by our own until the room. And the receptionist didn't brief us the way to out room 4003. Where we spent more than 30min going around the Queen Elizabeth 2 to find out. There was no staff at that time inside that we could ask for. However the room was arranged so nice. However next day morning we went to the indoor pool but unfortunately it was terrible. By entering to the pool area itself we felt out eyes were burning. Its full of chlorine and the smell was full of chemical. So we decided to come back. The standards are getting down time to time

good morning following my stay at queen elizabeth 2 Queen Elizabeth 2 last weekend , i would like to thank makemytrip team for their professionalism and their full support for my booking. i have spent a memorable time at the Queen Elizabeth 2 with my wife and my son. we have enjoyed a lot . breakfast buffet was excellent. staffs were very helpful. mrs farhin was very welcoming and delivered excellent customer service at the reception. great location and nice view over many parts of dubai skyscrapers. overall , i would say 10 / 10 !!! for sure , i'll recommend friends and family members to make their bookings via makemytrip and also to have a stay at queen elizabeth 2 Queen Elizabeth 2 . regards yassine ghanty

Front office team requires more training as while checking-in we didn’t felt welcomed. Plus they were gossiping and giggling when we were checking-in. The bell guy who escorted us was new but really good he kept entertaining us on the way. Thank God check-out was fine. Like at least he spoke and asked about the stay. The property was really pretty ❤️ will come back with my best friend next time. HK team were polite and helpful. Also idk why but nobody answered the calls from FO team neither the operators🥲 so we called HK team for the assistance. I hope the management will highlights all the negative points and improve inshallah ❤️

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Queen Elizabeth 2. Everything about the Queen Elizabeth 2 was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I had a very good experience on my stay at the Queen Elizabeth 2(ship. The facilities and amenities were nice but the best part was the customer service i received from the staffs. My first impression of the customer service was real nice as i was very welcomed by the front office staff. I felt very welcomed by miss. Yojana as it was my very first stay on a ship, i had so many questions but miss. Yojana very patiently and politely answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

Staying at the queen elizabeth 2 Queen Elizabeth 2 was an exceptional experience. The customer service was remarkably friendly, the room was impeccably clean, and the amenities provided were satisfactory, including efficient room service. The food was delightful. This stay was arranged to celebrate our anniversary and will be a treasured memory for us. We appreciate the service and support received, particularly from marry & mega n at the reception, whose assistance was invaluable.

Best place to stay while enjoying the feel of being in one of the most iconic cruise ship. We choose to stay in the captains room without balcony, the room is spacious with all the facilities, at first you might feel that the ac is not cool enough give it some time will be normal afterwards. Food at lido restaurant is just epic and the view is amazing. Lot of places to explore and get lost. We had a tuff time locating places as it’s humongous. Worth every penny

The queen elizabeth 2 Queen Elizabeth 2 is really unique as we get to experience the legacy of this great ship. It is very well maintained and you feel like you are living in a ship and not a Queen Elizabeth 2. They have kept all the history of the ship on the q deck along with photos and old cutting of the paper articals. Ship has 2 dining area 1 theatre 1 queen ball room 1 casino and a lot more to explore. Perfect Queen Elizabeth 2 or ship i would say.

The ambience of the Queen Elizabeth 2 along with the cleanliness was excellent and at par with my expectations. The breakfast was great, the dinner was good too. The only thing I would have wanted more was maybe entertainment as there wasn’t much else to do over there or a souvenir store even would have been great. All in all the stay was great and we had a wonderful time, thank you to all the extremely nice and patient staff who helped us through it.💗

We stayed in the signature room with dinner and breakfast package. Overall, the experience was good. Neat, clean, and quiet rooms and corridors. Very pleasing and helpful staff. Lido restaurant is really worth a try. Variety of foods and very tasty as well. It would have been a plus if they had an outdoor or upper deck pool. The only pool is in the lower deck 7, which felt like a basement, and the chlorine smell in heavy in the air.

Staying on a hysterical cruise qe2 itself is memorable experience, however the check in experience was not at all satisfactory, rather we were looking someone to explain the in & out of huge & hysterical cruise to experience, but no was bothered or around to greet, it was just normal check in experience food was excellent, and cruise built up, and interiors were commendable

I had a short stay and really like the room standards. It was clean, quiet and perfect ambience for me resting.

It was nice and unique stay. All staff were good. Abanaub, marry, khin, abdul rhman, thanacha were really very helpful and doing great work.

I had an excellent stay at this property. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and transport. The food was delicious with a variety of options. Amenities such as the pool and gym were well-maintained and accessible. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. Booking through the mm t application was seamless and provided the best price and 100% satisfaction.

A unique experience, has a legacy to it!, there a lot more the management can do on the sun deck, for eg include a guided tour as part of the stay

It was our first experience in a ship staycation. We enjoyed very much. The person who enjoyed most is my son. The breakfast @ lido was very good. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Rooms and washrooms are clean & maintained very well. Next time we will choose the sea view rooms. Overall rating 9/10.

It was a nice experience and the team was all good. My 6 yrs old enjoyed strolling around the deck and we were memmerized by the greatness of qe2

Stay is awesome, well cleaned rooms

Perfect stay and everything is excellent but the internet inside room is very slow and poor. I advise everybody to visit it and stay at least for 24 hours, i'm sure you'll enjoy

The staff are accommodating, the view is very calm and nice and food was good. All amenities are ok

Room was little cozy cleanliness was ok because ac grill was not clean, tv remote was horrible.

Excellent stay & best experience of life. I really loved qe2. The place was perfect. Food was great, rooms having best view of the ocean. Overall a great & wonderful experience. All staff of Queen Elizabeth 2 are very good and friendly.

Food was very good, stay was also good, location was good, but i told them to keep a anniversary commitment cake before we arrive but they didn’t, and i called like 10times to room service to bring that.

Very good ambience. Perfect for family stay cation. Only draw back is pool for kids not present. The presently available deck pool is deep and not suitable for kids

Bar and clubs are closed now. There is only a very small swimming pool and there is no staff onboard to guide you.
