A great stay as usual the room is conformable everything you need is available. All the reception staff are very helpful and supportive from the check in to the check out. Also the bell boys are very helpful. Especial thanks for mr. Fadi at the front desk for the excellent service always he takes care of the details

Though it was ramadan, the stay was wonderful. Suhoor before dawn was served well. Mr mohammed at front office offered an excellent service

The hotel didn't provide the bathrobe and basic amenities like ear bud and comb were missing and it's a basic amenities this doesn't need to be called and to be asked for at the reception always.

Stuffy smelly rooms. The management needs to renovate the rooms. The room had an awful stuffy smell. Bathroom also was mediocre. Breakfast had limited choice.
