Excellent hotel. Great service
the room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to the city centre & market. I would highly recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again for my next trip to dubai. Send me the discounted money

Absolutely amazing stay, very helpful staff. Could find all amenities in the hotel. Basically these are apartments given as hotel rooms so all amenities were present. Loved the experience.

We stayed in one bedroom apartment room no 607. Location: good nearby many indian restaurant, interior : good, cleanliness at the time of check in was average there were cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom about which we informed at the reception, property has a smell of dampness, leakage from ceiling in the common washroom, ignoring the problem still would say it’s a good property to stay in.

The room upgrade was charged the front office staff is rude and the room and the kitchenette is full of cockroaches.

Room was full of bugs. Even the bugs crawl over you while you sleep. Not clean rooms. Kitchen smells.

Management of this property is bad and is changing rules every day. I am staying for long here. Earlier guests in room were allowed upto 11 pm. Suddenly one day i found notice guests are allowed up to 7. 30 pm. Recently a lady guest was stopped at entrance at 6. 00 pm and when i reached to security he referred to front desk i was informed that only 2/3 guests are allowed. We had a puja for janmastami and i was embarrassed in front of my guest. She had to go back. This is very bad way of dealing with hotel guests customers. No request or please were accepted by man on front desk. Front desk people except one never smile. Also watch tub needs safety mets. It looks mgt does not care for guests and left to lower level staff. Only aspect i like their house keeping, manager house keeping always remain smiling. Provides all help. His team is excellent, recently amit is on duty and is hard working a providing excellent service. Thanks

It was always very bad odour in room not well tidy. Bed linen was not changed regularly, bathroom also smelled bad
