This hotel charges 100 aed for visitors who are not staying overnight in the room. As a result, we asked our visitor to stay since we had already paid the additional 100 aed, despite not receiving an extra bed. An additional 200 aed is required for an extra bed. Please note that the visitor's fee is not mentioned in their policy.

The rooms are maintained well and clean. Staff are friendly. Few points like iron box to be placed in the room. Also a dental kit along with the toiletries.

Very bad experience AC no working then we chang the small room also AC no working very bad hotel naver ever visit again there and ill try to say all my friends naver go to this dirty hotel also parking look like horror movie

Very very bad experience saturday night. Hotel ac was not working. Full night was sweating. They should inform us before check in about there ac has issue.

The hotel room ac was not working, we complained and the technician came and did something technical and said it will work now, just turn on the ac when you come back from city tour and wait fkr 45 minutes it will give cooling. Nkw we came at 2 and turned on the ac, tried to sleep and found that we are sweating even after 30 minutes kf ac turning on. Called up reception, and the duty manager then said that he is sending technician. Now imagine at 3 a. M. You are being told that we are sending technician again to fix ac, i ask-es the manager that dont you know its 3 a. M. And we booked the room to sleep not to get your ac fixed. He said i dont know the problem as no body told me this problem or i would have changed the room, now he wanted us to pack bags and keep outside room so that he cold lock this room and then give us another room or he said that let this technician check ac again, we agreed as we were tired and in the beds already so didnt feel like packing stuff and sit at reception again at 3 a. M. So we told the manager to send techician. Tech guy came and did some change of parts and went back at 3. 30 saying that it will work jn n ex 30 minutes as it has started giving cooling as he changed part. Now as we were damn tired and it was already early morning we trusted and slept. But again after 30 minutes we were sweating. We opened the window but weather here is hot now, but at-least we survived because of outside wind of morning. But imagine you pay to a hotel just for sleeping at nighy and you are not able to sleep because of hotels mismanagement, on top of it the duty manager didnt bother to accommodate the request that open another room and then we will pick up the stuff as we are tired, he did not agree on it. He insisted that we should take the stuff out first and then he will open another room for us. So overall this is mistake of duty managers and technicians who before handling over the rooms dont check the room properly. So its a bad hotel management, only good thing is its location.

Good stay with neat and clean rooms. It had all the amenities required. Very good location and near to a metro station as well. Good and caring staffs as well.
