The front desk receptionist "rutaba" is extremely professional and very cooperative. Rutaba gave us the room 2 hours of prior checkin. She even guided us to what places to visit in dubai during our short stay. Rutaba gave us her personal dubai metro pass to use so we can save on commute.

I visited the city season tower bur dubai. I have very good experience with city seasons tower. Room was very clean and well maintained, and the washroom area was neat and clean. The receptionist was a very polite and kind-hearted person. I'm very happy to stay there. Thank you

Although, the room size was a bit lower, overall stay was good. Staff was polite and attentive. Locality was good, many nearby restaurants and near to burjmun metro station.

The stay was decent. Rooms are very small. Also, the water cleaning system is not upto the mark in washrooms. Water is spilled in the washroom every-time

The biggest advantage of 'city seasons towers, bur dubai' is the location advantage of being next to a metro station, and being in a place where there are many indian subcontinent related food and shopping options. The hotel is well maintained, clean and the staff is courteous. 'done'

Hotel is located next to burjuman center, near to metro (50m away) and near to dubai frame. Staffs are very polite and helpful. There were no much options in breakfast. The room we had got had a city view and dubai frame was seen. I would recommend this hotel as it's located in center of the city and nearest to most of the places and all transportations are easily accessible.

Excellent stay at city seasons tower! i recently spent 3 nights at city seasons tower in bur dubai on a business trip and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and amenities. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, efficient, and attentive to my needs. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location in bur dubai was perfect for my business meetings and exploring the city. What impressed me most was the hotel's proximity to various satvik food options, including jain and vaishnavi restaurants, which catered to my dietary preferences. The surrounding area offered a delightful array of choices. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and rooftop pool, were well-maintained and offered stunning views of the city. The tv in my room was not working. I told the reception and they did not take any action. The whole day was bad for me. I could not watch tv or do anything.
