Thankfully, my stay was for one day only. I would not wish this awful experience even for my worst enemy. Please take my advice seriously and avoid this place like plague. No parking and they make a killing on parking charges. No proper access to the location. Room was made up haphazardly and there was tissue in the potty to show that they don't care less about their guests. Cramped room and minimal furniture.

There were too much cockroaches inside the room. The room was dirty, we asked for lotion, the attendant said they are not providing lotion

Old hotel. Bedbugs and cockroaches. 5 star hotel prices. ! not king size bed. Two twn beds joined. Location is good, nearby market place staff doesnt bother if there are any issues need to improve customer

The bathroom was not neat and clean. Nobody was attending the calls from my room and they charged 100 aed extra for physical damage. For two days i had paid 350+100+20 =470 aed. I am not satisfied with the service and rate.

The hotel is located in the market. Indian restaurants, super markets are at a stone throw distance. The rooms are compact considering the cost in dubai. The aura or the vibe of the hotel is basic 2 star. There is no room service facility. There is no functional kitchen of the hotel. We could also see few cockroaches in the bathroom. Breakfast was with 2-3 options only daily. However the food was good. Initially the hotel staff was demanding additional 10 aed per day for breakfast charges for my kid ( 9 yrs). But after having an argument the hotel receptionist did don’t charge for the same.

washrooms are full of cockroaches. cant step in night time in first visit they gave very small room. you should always ask for sandals.rooms doesnt have foot mats at washroom. rooms are very slippery.staff sometimes seems to be not polite.

very bad experience with this hotel location 3 star and they don't have free parking the hotel parking is 20aed per hour which is very costly. Food as a breakfast the food is ok and the service was also 👌 Amenities is average blankets and bed sheets was smelly The most important thing Why I am writing this review and giving feedback because I booked a room for 3 guest but they don't Allow the 3rd guest they told me 3rd guest only allowed as my children or relative if the third guest is not my relative they don't allow I don't understand which kind of rule that remember I book a dulex room for 3 adults not for 2 adults and one child. I was surprised if some body wants to as a three friends so they will not allow or what I don't know because three friends are not a relative so this policy I really didn't understand about that hotel so I think they should look on it or train them staff very well.

review of concorde inn hotel bur dubai i recently stayed at the concorde inn hotel in bur dubai, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. rating: ⭐️⭐️ rooms: the building is old, and the rooms are in need of significant updates. i found the overall condition lacking, which really impacted my stay. hygiene: one of the biggest issues was cleanliness. i encountered poor hygiene standards during my stay, including spotting a cockroach in my room, which is unacceptable. value for money: given the condition of the hotel and the issues i faced, i felt it was not worth the money i spent. recommendation: based on my experience, i cannot recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. there are likely better options in the area that would provide a more enjoyable experience.

The location was good, the room was spacious, however the cleanliness is not there, all the duration of the stay we were fire fighting with cockroaches. The rooms were not getting cleaned until we did multiple follow ups. It felt that the hotel was only meant for family but only for bachelors and night stay only.
