The hotel and room is very clean, its good for budget traveller's. The carpet in the room was dirty also the water in bathroom didn't go away. It takes time. Overall it was a nice stag

Easy to move any where and good to stay room is small but for one person is good never tack on 2nd or 3rd floor as so much noise from clubs music

The hotel is at a very good location and close to dubai metro station. Many restaurants in the vicinity providing a wide range of cuisine. The hotel team are friendly & professional personnel.

Our stay is not good and uncomfortable and they give the lowest quality of room. Also everything not complete and the staff are not that trained on customer service.

Location is good and easy to reach. Hotel is also good but when i reached there they given a room which was not completely paint then i asked to change after that another room given it was not as size which i booked it’s small then i called makemytrip then they arranged call and finally 3rd room given which was ok

I check in at 6 pm and we we get to room the room smell very bad, by 7 to take shower there is one towel only. And we request by 7:30 pm and we wait until 10 pm never come even i am fallow up 3 times with hk and receptions never come and complain to him for the smell no actions was taken, floor was dirty. And bed smell really bad i don’t understand how the room was released to be occupied i come out by 10:30 pm and ask for check out and explain to the reception which was no action was taken, i never choice this place to stay again, the good thing in place is the man who stay in latel shop his hospitality more better than even the reception,

The service was ok but the room was not good at all, the ceiling was off the bed was on the different side so we could not see tv the room was extremely compact.
