It was really spacious. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good. It is quite near to metro and market.

My experience was very great. I book a room for a couple like queen bedroom but at the time of check in the staff gave me the upgraded room without any extra charge.

The hotel is very nice with cooperative staff. Location of the hotel is also good. Overall good experience and would prefer to stay there again.

Location was ok but the service was terrible, upon asking water the reception guy says no free water have to pay 10aed or go to a grocery shop, he was very rude. I would not recommend due to the room was smelly even if you get an upgrade the hotel needs cleanliness and staff needs to be polite.

This is my worst experience which i ever had, staff behaviour was very poor, they were really arrogant to us while the time of check out. Should say about the cleanliness, it will be my first and last time that i’m seeing such untidy room, i couldn’t sleep peacefully was feeling so itchy.

It's good & beyond my expectations
i will tell my friend & my family to book there, the hotel is located in a very crowded area in dubai. It is difficult to find a place to park your car. I was surprised when i arrived that the garage was secured for the hotel’s customers.

Hotel for indian tourists

Location is very good. Nearer to plenty of indian vegetarian hotels and shopping. Hotel staff are courteous but requests are not attended. Poor cutlery like stained coffee mugs and coffee makers. Flat pin system plug points- indian round pin chargers don't work charger was not provided even on request.

Gateway hotel is present near al ghubaiba metro and bus station (500 m. Rooms are spacious too. Very good indian restaurants too near hotel. Cons are wifi not working properly in room, less charging ports and menu too expensive in hotel. Wescott hotel is at much closer proximity to bus and metro station.

The location and the ambience were good. Its a proper family hotel. And it's 5 minutes walk from meena bazar and there are vegetarian restaurants nearby
