Good hotel but service could get better

Average stay - property is good and is located very well however the staff is unresponsive, room service is always delayed and breakfast buffet spread is very limited.

Everything was fantastic, clean, well run, fantastic breakfast (if a bit crowded at times), great value, wonderful location. The only real downside was the weak wifi, which for business travelers can be a significant issue.

One of my main reason to select this hotel was free shuttle from the airport. But the services is very limited. I stood by the pick up point for more than one hour and finally took a taxi. In that time shuttles from neighbouring hotels had come 3 times for pick up. The rest was fine considering i only stayed for a few hours.

Hotel and amenities are very good but the only issue with services, limited staff on reception. Breakfast is good just need to improve indian dishes

Was supposed to check in for 2 hours but host offered for extended 2 more which was quite refreshing after a long late night flight. Good service and very interactive staff. Special mention to adina for at front desk

A good stay near the airport

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hampton by hilt-on in dubai, and it was a descent stay. The hotel is very clean, has two restaurants, swimming pool, parking and gym inside it.

The stay was nice and comfortable. This was my second time staying here in this hotel and that is why i knew service would be great. The complimentary breakfast buffet was especially amazing and one of my favorite parts of my stay here. Images submitted. Upgrade my discount to 15% up to 1500

We had very worst experience in booking. We booked for 4 nights through makemytrip. Once we reached hotel after travel-ling and exhausted, hotel receptionist said there is no payment done from mmt. We almost waited for 4hrs. It was 12am mid night when we got checkin. We lost all international calls worth 2000rs in talking to customer support and they called me around 6. 30am next morning to check on this issue. As a women i trusted this app and booked a hotel and had to wait till mid night and be in the road after paying 35k

Stay was quite comfy. Staffs were also supportive and well behaved, the only thing i missed was variation in the breakfast menu. Overall stay was good
