As the name sounds, it is a part of icons in hotels. It is quite conveniently located (opposite a renown shopping mall. So for shopping guests, it is immensely useful. Check in was bit slow but nothing much to worry about. Breakfast spread was generally good. But some dishes, particularly indian ones need to be looked into for quality and taste. In the corridor to rooms as well as inside room, carpet needs replacement. In fact a place like dubai does not need carpets. Overall nice place to stay at reasonable price.

My check put date was on 28th which was already been paid by me when booking was done but wen i was asked at reception to pay 200aed more very very strange and just becaise of wise salman at reception noticed and said she would void that transaction but it is very much unfair to do so with customer i always stay at rove but choose to ibis and turned it to be a night mare to noisy, small wash room and lot more disturbing really not worth to stay and recommended for couples. Ibis deira you need to improve a lot

Toilet leaking, not fixing it. I called, they did not answer then the answer the put the phone down because they did not now how to answer. They checked me out and i asked to wait, i will come back after the running. My kettle in my room did not work.

I recently stayed at the ibis deira creekside in dubai and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the deira city centre metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it's close to a shopping mall, which was great for dining options and shopping. Upon arrival, i was impressed by the efficiency and warmth of the check-in staff. They were professional and welcoming, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The lobby area is clean and modern, setting a positive tone for the rest of the visit. The room itself was comfortable and functional, though i did notice a minor issue with the kettle not working. A call to the reception & check by the staff resolved the issue, but it would be great if regular checks of in-room equipment could be implemented to avoid such inconveniences. Also, they only have tea bags but no coffee sachets in the room. This could be improved. Additionally, i would suggest is offering guests a choice of pillows for added comfort, as well as providing international plug points or sockets in the room. This would make the hotel even more convenient for travelers from various countries. Overall, i enjoyed my stay at ibis deira creekside and would recommend it for its location, helpful staff, and value for money. With a few small improvements, it could be an even better choice for visitors to dubai.

The stay was so much good. Their service was too nice. The place is at the center of deira and have access to all attractions in diera like city centre diera, deira clock tower etc
