Good location, nice rooms but service needs to ump

It was a pleasant stay. The location was good. The breakfast buffet was ok. Room service needs improvement. Even the simplest of things like water was not served after multiple calls although every time it was promised that it would be sent.

Pros - 1. Excellent location - close to the airport and the metro station. 2. Decent breakfast buffet. 3. Rooms, though a bit small, felt modern 4. Having a concierge option helped with the early checkout we had to do, as we had a late flight to catch on the last day of the stay. Cons - 1. A bit on the pricey side for the duration that we were staying. 2. The toilet and bathroom share a single door. So if i close one, the other is open! 3. Would have preferred if the bathroom and toilet were not so much of an open plan. The wash basin is nearly adjacent to the bed.

The hotel is close to the airport. It is a decent property. The rooms are average, with cramped up bath space.

Hotel does not have coffee sachets there is no way someone can make their own morning coffee one of the nights there was a false fire alarm at 1:40 am in the morning no one bothered to even say sorry it was terrible experience to wake up at those odd hours walk down 8 floors using stairs and to then know it was false and the alarm kept ringing for next 15 minutes sleep was done for that night staff seems to be not bothered neither helpful

I like this property, especially because of the proximity to the airport, the free shuffle to it and the facilities itself.

The staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional. Despite reaching the hotel in time at 3 pm, i had to wait for check in. The room dont even have basic items as drinking water glasses or coffee sachets as per hotel policy and everything is chargeable. Even other guests were complaining about the smoke infested smell in the rooms.

1. Hotel accommodates early check-in 2. Staff is kind enough to let guests visit you in the room 3. Very close to airport and hence during late entry to dubai or to plan an exit, it’s a good place to stay 4. Rooms are spacious. Few things which can be improved : they don’t have a bell boy to help with the luggage 2. Light is quite dim in the room

It was a long stay with ibis styles.maybe due to the continuous stay I should inform the house keeping department majority of the days to clear the trash and clean the room ,most of the days they have issues with wifi, every day morning I’ve to call to replace my kettle as it’s not working ☺️two days Ive experienced electricity issues all the charger slots were not working. In general this was really poor experience with accor and it’s first time Ive experienced these challenges improve your services for better tomorrow’s

My stay in ibis styles was amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are good and cleaning service is fantastic. If i even come to dubai again i would unfortunately stay only in ibis styles. Also the connectivity from your hotel is very convenient. How are your going to give me discount?

Breakfast by perfect behaviour of the staff specially mr Pritam was perfect . Room were cleaning carefully and fast. But some time i see in side the room some small cocroaches 😓
