    You charged me on the property but when i arrived i was surprised that the booking is not accepted which was very disappointing and frustrating for me, i don't want to continue dealing with your application and i don't trust your response

    Location and hotel quality was good. Food was bad. Breakfast buffet had old pastries that were very hard and stale. Also variety of food not like other hotels. Overall i would say 3/5 stay, could be better. If they can improve food and ensure better quality and not old food, then i would give it 4/5. Tv in room was not a smart tv which is standard in hotels now, can be improved as well. Shower was also difficult to use, very low power and very messy.

    We were 2nd time in this hotel and we love the Hospitality, ambience, staff, etc.. everything was on the top. Highly recommended

    Our stay was short but we really had fun! Staff were very accommodating especially Chundra of the housekeeping Food selection for the breakfast buffet was also satisfying. I definitely recommend this place if you are staying Al Rigga/Deira area. We will definitely come back if given a chance
