Too much price booking to this beneficial 400 aed and normal things make requests for it such as bathrobe, toothbrush

The experience was really average! i was staying in a deluxe executive suite and the room service was so poor and always delayed! simple things like ensuring there are dental kits / water bottles were not taken care of. I had to complain to the manager atleast thrice for sifferent things! breakfast buffet is definitely not worth it! would re-comment any other hotel in bur dubai but not novotel

Rooms are well maintained, staff is helpful especially nah-id from f&b provided good assistance. Not recommended for pure vegetarians as they have very less variety in breakfast.

Stay in this hotel was amazing. Breakfast buffet was having so many options. Check in was pretty smooth and the entire staff members were super helpful and they ensured our stay to be super smooth.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities i needed. The quality of service and attention to detail made it stand out, and the ambiance was lovely. Overall, novotel exceeded my expectations, and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful, stress-free stay. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel is located at a newly developed area, so frequency of taxis and proximity to supermarket is a bit of issue. You have to make multiple calls to housekeeping and reception for tings like towels, room cleaning, etc. The metro station is nearby, which is plus point.

The hotel location is convenient for commuting to the areas which we were interested in. It's a luxury hotel and economical to boot. Service in all areas be it housekeeping, room service and reception is outstanding. Cleanliness of the highest standards both in our rooms and the entire hotel is maintained. Couldn't venture to explore all the facilities offered because our meetings were many and at various places in dubai and abu dhabi. Extraordinary service from the reception onward s ensured that we had a great stay and would stay again.

My daughter looked into the details of hotel bookings and when she visited your website looking for a hotel stay in dubai, she found it interesting. Delving deeper she found that me and my friend both 70 years of age would be comfortable to stay in this hotel and travel around in dubai& abu dhabi. Checking into this hotel is one of the best decisions for our short sojourn here. The staff right from the front office to housekeeping and room service was too good. Cleanliness of the highest order and prompt service ensured that we were in good spirits throughout to complete our visits to different clients and come back to a spic and span room. The front office staff is exemplary and deserve the highest rating.

The trip overall was very nice, i was extremely happy that i was able to check in early because i had to do some preparation in the room. The room was very clean. The staff were very nice. The one thing i didn’t like was the staff were very slow in the breakfast. Waited around 15/20 minutes for a cappuccino coffee because we didn’t want inst a coffee. And when i ordered some eggs menu which one of the chefs offered to make. He took 45 minutes but when he came eventually, he apologised for the wait. Things happen over all the staff were polite.

The property name claims to be i'm bur dubai, but it's misleading, it's far from bur dubai, it's in area called as health care centre, although it's very very close to metro station but the name is misleading. Also they charged me a fee of 15 aed per day which i wasn't informed before. It was an additional cost for me

had very bad experience with the reception counter guy. The way of speaking was very rudely and he was speaking like we are not paying him payment and using as free.
