It was chaos since check in. I usually don’t write a review. But it was that bad. Reached early morning and my prepaid room was sold to someone else. Had to wait at the reception for over an hour to get an alternative. Most of the staff was not very pleasant.

The rooms were very small and had lots of operational issues. The faucet was not working and even the hair dryer was not working. After complaining for 3 days our room was changed and the second room also had certain issues.

Novotel al barsha was a comfortable stay. Great room, friendly staff, good breakfast menu awesome pool and other facilities. Loved the ambience all around and the hotel is well connected with metro. Mashreq is closest station. Had few small super markets around and 1 mosque near by. Staff was great to deal with very friendly and very polite. Spa & sauna were great addition as well. All in all a great pleasant stay. Will book again when i am around in town.

It’s a nice hotel, centrally located. Under 5 minutes walking from the metro station. Excellent eateries nearby. The hotel breakfast is great. Most rooms have a pool view. Friendly staff. Java cafe serves good coffee. Not very expensive, at least when i stayed

i had an absolutely horrible experience during my stay at this hotel. basic amenities like toothpaste, towels, and slippers were not available in the room, and every time we needed something, we had to call and request it. the worst part? it took them over an hour to deliver these items! the concierge showed zero interest in addressing our concerns, making us feel completely ignored. the room cleaning was poorly done and left much to be desired. power points in the room didn’t work, so we couldn’t even charge our phones properly! for the amount we paid for the room, i expected at least the bare essentials, but this hotel was too miserly to even provide those. despite the price, nothing about the stay was worth it. definitely the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had—avoid if you can!

We enjoyed our stay. If you are a tourist it’s recommended to stay here as it is near to metro. The overlooking view of burj al arab from our room and in the pool was captivating. I like the lady who assisted us during our stay as she granted my request to be check in the higher floor her name is jessica if i am not mistaken.

Stained carped. Inadequate room supplies. Pathetic room dining menu. Buffet breakfast no choices for vegetarians. Above all you will get to eat poha and dal combination

Cleaness is questionable. Chair was dirty, room wall also water damage near washroom. Pillow cover was also damage condition. After make them notice they changed that.
