The location was good. The staff were nice. However the rooms are not great. I had to change two rooms because of really bad smell. The hotel upgraded me to counter that but the issue of smell is common across rooms and alleyways. I wouldn’t recommend. My 3 stars are only for the staff.

Clean and well maintained hotel in a very good locatoon. Food is good and reasonable. They have a temparature controlled pool though smaller in size.

The stay was excellent however the enroute the basement parking was very narrow and my car had to hit the small parking sensor as it was quite a wide one in the middle of the night as there was no security or support staff in the to assist anyone who checkin late night. The hotel demanded me to pay for the repair and i ended up paying for it.

Stay was nice, clean hotel interiors food was also decent. Metro was at walkable distance. The only negative points i have is for water bottle : they give only 0. 5 litres per person free, rest is chargeable. Also they dont send your suitcases and luggage to room. You have to carry yourself. There are supermarkets and eateries nearby.

Best budgeted family hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.
