My stay at the sea view hotel in dubai was an exceptional experience. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the cordial staff, who ensured that every aspect of my visit was comfortable and seamless. Their hospitality truly stood out, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Room service was prompt and efficient, attending to every request with a smile. The daily housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring that my room was always spotless and refreshed. One of the standout features of this hotel was its location. Conveniently situated, it provided easy access to key attractions and transportation, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, the service quality at sea view hotel was commendable, and the attention to detail was evident in every interaction. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting dubai and look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

Our room ac cooling is very very bad. One of front office staff( one old man) his behaviour also not good.

Had a best time staying at the hotel, and the transportation is also easy for the hotel. Good approach from the staff and everything was perfect in the room as well. The only minor problem we had was that the ac was not cool enough during midnight while sleeping. Rest everything was perfectly ok.

The hotel is a located at a very convenient location. It has very peaceful surroundings and a very polite staff. The buffet options in breakfast are also good. Tea/coffee can be made a bit better

It can’t be a 4 star .. its 3 star , Small rooms- Not very clean …. Very minimal food varity & quality. Its basically a place where group guys bring people which have little or no knowledge and they just accept things as it is. Not recommend Atleast i wont be going here again in future

I'm afraid i must express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the sea view hotel. The lack of flexibility and empathy shown by their staff was truly disheartening. My family and i had just welcomed a new baby into our family and we were dealing with the usual unpredictable circumstances that come with such an event. Despite explaining our situation - my wife having just given birth, a new baby to take care of, my older daughter's birthday, and the fatigue of my mother - the hotel staff remained rigid and unaccommodating. I requested some leniency with the 12 pm check-out time, given the circumstances at the hospital, but was met with a firm refusal. The staff informed me that i would be charged for an extra day if i was late to pick up my family. This kind of inflexibility and lack of understanding was very disappointing. When choosing a hotel, especially in such personal and special circumstances, one expects a certain level of consideration and customer service. Unfortunately, this was not our experience at the sea view hotel. I sincerely hope that the hotel management will take this feedback into account and work towards improving their customer service. Everyone deserves to be treated with empathy and understanding, especially in unexpected and sensitive situations like ours.

Wonderful Experience with Good Clean Rooms and Amenities at the Hotel. Break fast spread Asian/American Good. Frõnt Office Staff and House Keeping Staff excellent. Overall a Wonderful Experience for 7 Days Stay at Sea View Hotel,Bur Dubai.

Stay was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast spread was good. Kid was taken care during breakfast. Helpful staff at the reception specially iliyas and nayana and special mention to waitress at the cafe.
