The hotel is located at a good location in baniyas near to bur dubai. It is a decent 5 star in a good budget. Hotel staff is well responsive. Rooms are quite good. Hotel located near to union metro station.

This hotel is amazing from all aspects. Spacious rooms overlooking the creek and skyscrapers of dubai including burj khalifa and dubai frame. Staffs are excellent in their services with great degree of flexibility. Simply they will make feel at home. Food is of great taste and chefs are eager to take your feedback. We just stayed 9 days, made the booking through mmt. Will love to stay here whenever we visit dubai.

Check in - we were shocked to know at checkin that we ate required to pay around aed 500 for the third adult. When we are booking for 4 people make my trip should have quoted for all the 4 people. This way i would have been able to do a proper comparison among-st hotels. This incident spoil t the mood. Make my trip and shreton should be transparent while giving room rates. The breakfast at hotel is average. The hotel has a nice view of the water body

This is apparently an old propoerty but has been maintained really well. All the amenities in the room were top notch. The rooms have a fantastic view of the canal giving the sighting of burj khalifa and the goldne frame. The staff is friendly and nice. However the food options are average for indians and the breakfast spread is very limited for vegetarians.

Hotel is very beautiful build with some antique interior the view of the dubai creek is very beautiful, you will get the burj khalifa and dubai frame view from the room at the creek side. Bur dubai is at walking distance. Many indian restaurants and super market nearby

We stayed at hotel sheraton creek dubai from 18/12/23 to 24/12/23. It was wonderful experience. Very nice hotel with luxurious rooms. Staff was very courteous. All services were marvellous. We are pure vegetarian & enjoyed their vegetarian food.

Good location, clean rooms and good breakfast. Food in the restaurants was good too. Only room service a bit slow, but rest friendly staff, they go out of their way to help. The chef arun was good too. I am a cleanliness freak and travel alot and always have issues with the room cleanliness even in 5 stars, but with sheraton i had no issues at all. Would definitely visit again. Thx you sheraton for my lovely stay. Btw beautiful creek veiw rooms.

Good service. We had issues with check-in. The rooms and food were really good. We received the rooms by 8pm only. But they gave us an upgrade in room. But making my family wait for so long is not something expected for big hotels. Could be done in a professional way

Stayed during 3rd week of june. Lazy service. Surprised someone came to empty the mini bar saying you don't have a wallet deposit while no one informed at the time of check in. In the restaurant ordered a specific omelette and had to wait to notice the left without any info to serve. The only grace is the location near the creek and had booked creek side club room

everything about our stay here was great. the location is perfect if you want to spend some time exploring deira and the gold souk markets. the staff was excellent - special mention to tire pun, who ensured that we had sumptuous and tasty breakfast every day! he took great care of us, and brought us fresh fruits / dishes when he learnt that we are pregnant. very kind of him to arrange for a few other things late in the day too. the view from the rooms was beautiful. would recommend people to book the junior suite that allows you to access the lounge room, in addition to a spacious room. would definitely stay here again.

The stay at sheraton was excellent as hotel is located good place, sheraton has good rooms, lobby, restaurant, staff. Staff is extremely curtseious, cooperative. Breakfast menu is well planned. Sheraton stay was value for money.
