Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, close to Al Qiyadah metro station. Clean rooms with different views, Wi-Fi. Friendly, smiling and always welcoming staff. Great outdoor pool

I travel yearly twice to dubai first time stayed here not so good experience here. While booking i saw complimentary of airport drop late check out and local transfer nothing is given and said payable. Male staff won’t response properly

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the entire staff was incredibly helpful and supportive, always going above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed. A special shoutout to the reception team, who were especially friendly and efficient, making my check-in and overall experience smooth and pleasant. The level of service exceeded my expectations, and i truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay.

It was fine but the smell of the hotel is not nice and no tissue and toilettries provided only handwash soap. Staff are not that friendly as well.

I asked for tissue box if its available, and the staff said staff say nothing is there. I requested for towel and he dont like to give when my child needs it urgently.

Reception housekeeping also like swimming pol so clean
