Stay: its was ok hotem maitenance is not at par
food: bad as we have found insect in the food

Hotel is good location and good price. Cleaning can be more improved. The wash basin etc shall be maintained for drainage, during my stay i faced wash basin blockage in room no 2009

Staff took a lot of time in check-in even when my relatives were 1 hour late. It almost took 30 mins for them to avail the room.
The hotel was good value for money. However the staff wasn’t very helpful, other than the room service guy. I asked for a non smoking room and they put me in a room that smells of cigarettes. They didn’t move me until i called four times.

Location is good on main road. Room space is great. Ac is good. Overall is good but not family friendly as many guests in the night are mainly for night clubs and spas.

Nice hotel with good amenities. Rooms are spacious and staff are professional and friendly. Hotel is located in the down town with many shopping and entertainment options around. Gym could be better.

Location is good but it’s not worth the price. Like they don’t have cloth iron available in the room. Towels are not complete. Shampoo not available in the room you still have to request in order for them to bring. The ambiance in the room is so gloomy, lightings are not good it’s dark. Classic hotel they don’t belong to the high tech ones yet. Even the door is so hard to open with the card.

The stay was good. They use to close the swimming pool at 7pm. Where as says 9 pm. Food was average. Mostly indian.

Poor maintenance of the room. Showers were broken. Taps not working. Rooms were stinking. Breakfast options was good.
