BM Beach Resort

I had a pleasant stay at Bin Majid Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the dining options for vegetarians are very limited. The BM Beach Resort’s facilities were well-maintained, but the swimming pool closes at 6:30 pm in the summer, which is too early. I suggest extending the swimming pool hours to 8 pm during summer so guests can enjoy it in cooler evening temperatures. Additionally, increasing the number of vegetarian options to 4-5 would greatly enhance the dining experience for vegetarian guests. Overall, the BM Beach Resort offered great value for money and is an excellent property for families and friends. I would recommend it to others.

Services-all in all was good except for 1 staff his name shiekar he is the cashier in coconut bar area in the first 2 hours of our stay he made my day bad as in very bad he is so arrogant to us he is also talking his own language bad to us. I think he doesn’t know that i understand hindi language and he was laughing while his talking by his own language. He made my full stay so very bad. Every time that we are going to coconut bar the way his looking and assisting to us very arrogant way. Base on my understanding the way his assisting us like his belittling us, why?is it because we are different for the most your guests?this is our third time to visit your place but this is the worst time.

The room and location was very good and well maintained. The room service staffs and cleaning staffs inside the restaurant were really good, their service must me really appreciated. But the staffs in the juice and coffee counter inside the restaurant, near the pool bar etc were very busy with their own stuff and seemed to be unhappy when asked for service. For instance, when we asked him for some hot milk (milk inside the kettle was already cold) the reply from him was that the time is already over and this is what we can offer. But the time mentioned in the welcome letter was till 10 pm and it was only 9:30-9:40 when we asked for the same. Overall stay was good and satisfied.

I went with my family and took an upgrade to the premium room, but the thing is, the rooms are not maintained. The toilet was clean but had a very bad odour. Water was dripping from ac, and the room needs maintenance work. The pool and the activities planned are the best. They engage you the whole day and it's advisable to have all inclusive planns. Food is okay not much option for indians but still manageable. Staff in the restaurant and pool are very friendly and they are the lifeline of the property.

The chalet was good. It is a little bit old but clean and organized. Mr. Alex was friendly and offered free upgrade so the view was amazing and the balcony was spacious. Access to the beach and swimming pool was smooth. Mr. Hannan was very helpful and assisted in transportation from the parking to the BM Beach Resort by his club car. Breakfast and dinner was awesome and we got a discount for the dinner. The place is very nice and really good for walking and spending wonderful time!

We really enjoyed as a family and really the staff was so friendly and cooperating with us, the food was extremely delicious and vari, providing the soft drinks and water everywhere, the animation team was super powerful and provided an amazing shows. The only issue we faced is the ac which was not cooling properly but since it was only one night, we didn't complaint about that. Definitely we will be back again and again, we liked the place and the people there.

Ok. Actually everything was super good and we’ll arrange, very flexible on check outs i would only suggest water play area to be open a bit late in summer also closure from 12 afternoon to 4 don’t make sense. We got room around 4 and by the time we hit pool with kids was almost 5 and we come to know 6 it will be closed. Next day morning we had lte checkout so after breakfast we took our kids to pool and again came to know 12 to 4 slides closed. Rest all perfect

We stayed at bm beach resort on 02. 08. 2024. Everyone, from the receptionist to the car driver, was very friendly. The kids loved the swimming pool and the sliding games. The dining area was well organized, and the food variety and taste were enjoyable. I strongly recommend bm beach resort for a budget-friendly and pleasant family stay. One improvement could be adding a smart tv and a microwave oven. But overall, the experience was great,

Me and my wife had a great day at bm resort. Right from first point of contact at the front office to the time we returned our experience was outstanding. Smiling and greeting employees all over the property. Be it the staff at the restaurant or the house keeping staff all of then we're helpful and courteous. I only wished if the main pool was operational. Since the my wife found the other pool too deep for her. Keep up the good work!

You get what you pay for. The property is old but the surrounding views and gardens are beautiful. The pool and beach are nice. The initial room given to us was dusty and uncleaned. Kiran from the reception helped switch us to another room on the same level. The dining area is too small for the fully sold-out property. The dining staff works effortlessly. Overall a decent stay for the value we paid.

Every thing was ok and nice else reception cheating us I book caban room he tell under maintenance and ask money more to upgrade but I not approve after that he give me cabana room also next day when I ask about late check out told me can't we have fully booked but I stay in the pool until 4 pm no any one come to clean the room 👍 I hope solve this problem with your reception staff Thanks

The amenities were nice however the rooms are outdated and need renovations. Bathrooms were leaking deposited a ton of silicon that was placed on the glass to make the water not run out. The food is good and if you’re into cheap travelling it’s good bang for the buck we felt sad for our kids who struggled to communicate with other kids.

We had an amazing tike with the all-inclusice package. The rooms were lovely and we got a free upgrade to a sea view room. We enjoyed the activities the resort has and its dog friendly too. My only feedback was the lunch and dinner, the dishes, were not up to the mark. Breakfast is amazing! overall, we really had a good time

Overall experience was avarage. Lunch and dinner were poor. But breakfast excellent. And poolbar service couldn't provide checkout day. It was bad

Beautiful place with beach, pool and good ambience. Well maintained property. Beach facing rooms with beautiful sea and pool view. Overall very nice place for relaxation.

Not much options for vegetarians. Special section of vegetarian food should be kept. Found people mixing the same tong's which were used for cakes and fruits

I found this BM Beach Resort via make my trip website as we celebrated our 10th year qedding anniversary with my family members. We stayed in cabanas and the rooms are decent. We liked the selection of foods during breakfast. The swimming pools are nice along with the water activities and slides

All ok except washroom. Water leaking no positive response from room service. Room service did not change the bedding for day 2. I stayed for 2 nights

Overall experience was good, especially the pool, food, ambience and the events for kids.

As a family, highly recommended

Rooms are normal. Additional Activities are very good like water slides, pool etc. Entertainment programs are good like stage program in the night , dancing activity etc…. ……….
