The room which we stayed had issues like hair dryer was not working and at bathroom the lotion and face wash liquid was not usable. Also at evening there was huge noise outside the room and was quite disturbing as we could not have good sleep. The room keeping service was average as they responded very slow. Food could have been better with more mixed option rather than being european and continental. Overall it was an average stay for the amount we paid.

I booked two nights all inclusive family suite for 4 persons. Upon arrival at the curb side, instead of getting welcomed, the staff member asked us if we currently holding a booking. Visibly, we got profiled as we are not the typical customer profile. Every time someone called, they address me by mr. So despite a first contact at the checking counter, no rectification was made to their records. Staff at the buffet were extremely hardworking and very approchable. It was my birthday and was not tracked during checking procedure. This still an attention to details that no everyone possesses. Basic room amenities were missing in the room and getting them took longer (2 towels for 4, 2 water bottles, no slippers, extra bed sheet/ pillow and duvet for the sofa bed. I think similar hotels & resorts should include non alcohol- all inclusive segment. Because, we barely have a narrow selection of mocktails. Price should be less than a regular all inclusive. Knowing my mocktails key ingredients, we can’t substitute a coconut cream with a coconut syrup in a virgin pina colada.

the location was amazing, the food was the best 👌, the staff were very friendly.. just a small thing the room was not well maintained, but we didn't stay that much anyway .. the overall experience was great 👌

I want to thank the Spa team for all the special treatment provided to my friends and . To the young lady who provided the hot stone massage...she was very good and well knowledge on protocols for her craft. Also thanks to the security team especially Hassan who ensured of that the hotel was safe through his actions to find me to have my car moved to paint an area. We were impressed by the surveillance system☺️

Great place but so insisting during checkout

Overall great stay, the place, room, staffs, except when checking out. Requested for late check out but we are told not possible due to full booking, which we understand. What is irritating is when the reception or whoever that kept calling us to checkout and it is not even 1pm! calling about 4 times to checkout when we were already in a hurry, with children to take care of, is so disappointing. Now we’ll think twice before booking this hotel again.

Parking and late registration

The beach is good vibes, pool too much crowded, food moderate waffle is best waffle i ate in the breakfast, for the parking they did not offer a valet parking and they did not inform us and car keep-ed on 2 hours in front of the hotel. No body care.

My issue started at checkin where we were a group of 5 and we had booked 2 rooms but we were given rooms on separate floors and not even remotely close. If booked together why would you not assign rooms together, is that such a tough thing to do. Then the property was very crowded and we couldn’t really use anything. Don’t think the property has enough amenities for its size. Just overall a negative experience. Breakfast below average as well.

The hotel stay was excellent and staff was amazing, helpful and always ready to extra mile to make you happy. The food must be international and not only european ( uae has 200 nationalities )

Everything was perfect, location, facilities and staff hospitality, quick checking in and checking out, food was good. Generally very good experience
We booked throgh make my trip. Amazing view, friendly staff had a good time. Food was delicious. We loved it.

Overnight stay at hilt-on marjan island

Location is superd with private beach. Harry at reception greeted us with a nice smile. He and j hen (operator) coordinated and gave us a complementary cake for our anniversary. Room was very nice, had an additional sofa bed too. Hire dryer wasn't working but they replaced it asap. Dinner bugget was superb. Breakfast was alright, but nothing significant. Have tasted better cheese omlettes elsewhere. Pool was good but too crowded. Beach and the sea was nice and well maintained premises. Activities can be bought by a third party company however seemed too expensive. Ample parking by yorself in the basement.

it created the huge problem while checking out and the hotel demanded us to pay for the 5 rooms( we paid for all six rooms). As they were saying that they received payment of only 1 room out of 6 and after waiting for 2 hours and wasting our valuable time as we had a function in the afternoon which we had to cancel because of the issue and after for all these issue they gave only 50 aed as compensation which was soo less for the loss we had.

We enjoy our stay in hampton during our holiday at first we feel inconvenience because the ac wasnt working well in our room but they have transfer us to another room with a sea view and we feel rested well. All the staffs ate helpful.

Quality of food was very good and location and facilities were excellent. I really like al marjan island it's very calm and quite location a bit away from main rak city. Really enjoyed my stay at hampton by hilton hotel al marjan island
