All that is good about the hotel is it's location and location alone. The rest is better not talked about. For business travelers it is most convenient as it's bang in the center and stone's throw away from the New Street station. Sample food places around. The breakfast provided in the package is wholesome English breakfast. Overall a place good to stay for it's advantageous location.

Best price and best location you can get for a hotel in Birmingham. Right on the center but no car access like taxi for 2 blocks. Consider yourself in shopping paradise. Worlds largest Primark at a stone throw, 4 malls around, opposite ODEON cinema.

The best of the hotel is the location in the city centre. Room size was just ok with basic breakfast.

All OK, hotel is on busy shopping street hence you need to carry the luggage at least half a kilometer, that is biggest concern if you have more luggage.

The hotel is at the excellent location. Overall good experience and definitely go back and stay. WiFi was written as free but it was available only at the lobby. In room WiFi would be definitely an added advantage. The rating would be 5/5 if this would be added.

Nice hotel and perfect stay for your family and friends. It's located in city center. All things you need it's just around your hotel and famous attraction. Birmingham is also nearby at your hotel and poundland shop is also just 2 min walk it's so cheap only one pound you get everything what you want..

Very nice and clean hotel situated in heart of city. Very friendly staff and near to new street station, near to broad street like walking ten minute. Rooms are good in size and value for money.

The is horrible and impossible to enter the hotel with baggage. No proper place to sit in the so called lobby. In spite of rooms being vacant they do not allot the room before 2.00 PM. The checkin staff is rude.
