    This is a good hotel in birmingham. We have booked this hotel for two days. This hotel is well connected to bus station and also railways.

    The hotel is a nearby central train station and easily approachable. The staff was polite and ready to help. The rooms are neat and clean. The restaurant is big and has a variety of food. You can have a small meeting also in the restaurant

    The breakfast buffet had no hot items what so ever. There should at least have been an omelette counter.

    The location is pretty good. Lots of things nearby. The hotel in itself is decent. Parking is not a guarantee and it's extra charge too. A proper brand so comfort and peace are there, but that's about it.
