Great location. Clean with a comfy bed a d plenty of hot water. Good breakfast and very friendly hosts.

No complaints at all. Our room was clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. The guys were polite and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The Garnett Hotel lived up to my expectations. I had a single room with shared bathroom. The room was small but adequate, and I was aware that I was not booking the penthouse suite.
What stood out was the friendliness of the hosts. They did everything that was necessary to make my (1 night) stay a comfortable one, and the breakfast was exceptional if you are into a Full English with all the trimmings.
I know Blackpool isn’t the most expensive resort in the UK, but in all honesty I thought the Garnett was outstanding value for money. Highly recommended
Only overnight stay. Check in was 12 which I found really useful. Comfortable room. 5 minute walk from railway station and close to north pier. Breakfast was excellent. Good value for money

Really enjoyed our stay in Blackpool. Have stayed at a few places over the years and this is excellent. Good comfy bed and pillows and a fab cooked breakfast and good continental selection. Didn’t go hungry at all. The bar was cheap and got to speak with the owners who are excellent hosts. The hotel is in the centre of everything. Just around the corner from funny girls and the best bars in town. Will be back.

Rooms a bit dated and need a deep clean. Some nice little touches Like dressing gowns etc. Cheap and cheerful.
Paid Expedia in full, but the hotel didn't have my booking.
Owners were rude and totally unhelpful.
Just kept saying, we won't get paid, so it's not our problem.
Couldnt get through to Expedia, so I had to go to another hotel, and have received no refund or apology - very poor service from both Expedia and the hotel owners.
Would never consider the Garnett again.

Overall our stay was great value for our trip in a great location to train station and Winter Gardens but let down a little by the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Was staying with a friend for a festival had a twin room great location from Blackpool sea front local to all amenities , a little tricky for parking but understandable for summer season, but later told by the owners of an app to download for parking, very friendly and welcoming and happy to help definitely service with a smile, breakfast was included and tbh couldn’t go wrong especially for the price, room was a little small but what more do you want as we was only there to get ready go out and sleep would return again, great hosts x
