Mm t cheating customers by taking money but not paying to hotels.

When i reached hotel, there was no booking in my name saying my bank has declined payment whereas you had charged the amount from my credit card in advance. I had to repay the hotel to take a room. I sent you email and also whatsapp messages but you didn’t bother to reply. Please redeposit my money to my credit card immediately to avoid legal case failing which you will not only have to refund the amount but also pay compensation to me. Which please take note.
