An excellent one night stay.
We had a very comfortable one night stay. Fast & efficient check in with a friendly receptionist. The room was large with a good shower room.
We had drinks at the bar & dinner in the restaurant with freshly cooked tasty food.
Good location close to the motorway.

Stay was good, curtains block out so much light it was great to have a lay in. Shower was great but shower screen not bug enough so water would go over the floor. A few stains on the carpet. Beds were comfy.

My room didn’t have shampoo, the toilet fan was on the greater part of the night, didn’t have small bath towels, only 3 big towels.
The room was fine, we did,however,have dirty spoons,and a dirty mug. Breakfast was good, however, there were no pancakes whilst we were there, we were towards the end of the breakfast time but things should be re-stocked. It was apparent that they were under staffed. The staff did their best
Very easy checkin. No hassle. Lovely entrance, lovely spacious room with a view of fields. Didn't seem we were edge of motorway. So relaxing, very good choice of food nearby. Carpets in hall could do with a clean, but that is minor compared to everything else which was great! Lovely friendly staff. Will definitely keep it on our list to stay in between trips!
Being put in a disable room with a wet room is not good or practical for washing shaving.
Room was brilliant. Staff rude, unpleasant and unhelpful being honest. Did not feel welcome.

Stayed overnight when i went to a concert at the arena, was a great stay, nice and comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpfull. Breakfast waslovely too
Great Hotel, very comfortable and quiet. The tiny gym was great for a early morning run out of the wind and rain
The staff behind the desk were great abd couldn't do enough. They turned down the air con as we couldn't do it manually due to previous occupants. However, the room was not clean. Pubes in the shower, (which the staff kindly cleaned), but then we noticed the sink which we had to wipe down, one of the hand towels had marks on it and there was chewing gum stuck on the back of the drawer. A member of staff took a photo of the shower. We didn't want to complain again after thar and be annoying as they were really nice and helpful.

Really handy hotel. Needed the hotel for a couple of hours. Room was very clean. Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but for the price, it was fine.
Parking was free and easy, plenty of safe. Just of the M1 so very handy.
Plenty of good options nearby.
Paid £10 for early check in at 1pm.
We arrived late and they helped us get a good set up - there were joyriders outside and there were pubics hairs on the sheets
Mattress was uncomfortable and seems broken. Didn’t have a comfortable sleep. Facilities was ok
