    There was no room service. Should we needed anything from room service, we had to go downstairs to collect whatever was required. The elevator didn't work and we had to carry heavy suitcases form third floor downwards. The room was extremely small. However, the reception staff were courteous.

    Rooms are very small. Bathroom is very very small, you cannot fit into it. Photo's shown on hotel site is misleading, they are showing quadruple room as double bedroom. Don't ever book from Makemytrip, they are fraud people.

    The rooms are very small and the bathroom is smaller than any i've ever imagined, while using the WC your legs touch the basin, the shower area is so cramped and no space to keep toiletries!

    Poor single bed room

    Poor single bed room, compact room with no lift working. Very understanding staff especially Kenza and Iftikhar at reception. Great location closer to underground tube Station and bus and very closer to City makes it great option. Decent breakfast spread.
