Noisy elevators

Location is very good try to get tower room towards city direction for better view. Rooms in west view is bigger one.

The hotel is opposite the edgware road tube station and is very well connected to all the tourist attraction. It's a 15 min walk to the oxford street and close to the palace and all other major tourist places. The property is very well maintained and the overall stay experience was great starting from the checkin to checkout. Christian from the checkin desk was great to deal with and made the entire process very smooth.

Room issue

When we arrived at hotel it was already evening around 5:30 pm they said the room haven’t ready yet as there policy is to check in by 3:00 pm when reached hotel and there was a long q to the check in desk and after 15 to 20 minutes wait we reach to the desk they said you have to wait for another 20 to 30 minutes to get the another room although its a hilt-on luxe property a 5 star rated but it wasn’t like the 5 star rated they are charging the price only due near by train station and underground stations. Else other things were fine with the hotel

Poor Stay

We got a very tiny room even though our friends who booked the same category room got a much bigger one. The lifts don’t work efficiently so it takes 10-12 mins for them to come and there’s no sign that indicates what floor the lifts are already on, so it feels very frustrating. The hotel has a cleaning / housekeeping policy of once in every 3 days, which wasn’t told to us, and that’s not what one expects from hilton. We had to keep following up with the team to clean the room.
